The Laylow Waikiki, Autograph Collection

We enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. We enjoyed the coffee bar on our floor, and the use of the bicycles. The pink bicycles were adorable. Overall, the service was subpar. Almost every interaction with hotel staff, with the exception of the restaurant, was unwelcoming or unfriendly. When I asked for an early check in, they asked for my phone number and I was told I would receive a call. I did not receive any call. When I checked in, I mentioned this. They did not apologize. When requesting towels, the service was quite slow. The pool area was also subpar with an unsightly under construction area as the first view of the pool area. Service staff at the coffee shop consisted of only one barista. She appeared overwhelmed and greeted us without looking at us. Lastly, we asked for our car in advance and was told it would be waiting off to the side ready to go. 15 minutes later, the car was not waiting for us.

Property was great. Conveniently located in the downtown area and by the international market/mall. The burger and breakfast was delicious.

Throughout our stay, she took excellent care of us. We’ve been in many, many hotels, and Noridel’s treatment of us, and welcoming us was above all others. I looked forward every day to seeing her in the hall. Thanks Noridel!!

Great location in Waikiki. We had breakfast at the hideout one morning and was the only thing that was just ok. Also, the pool didn’t get much sun when we were there and is a bit small but overall, loved the hotel and its location.

The staff was excellent and the rooms were nice. The room cleaning crew did an excellent job each day in ensuring fresh towels were left and the bed was made. The valet parking pricing is quite high if you rent a car.

Positives: * The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around. * Accessibility throughout the property was great. * The gym was clean and well maintained. Areas for improvement: * The room had very poor soundproofing. We could hear loud noises, parties, and thumping from neighboring rooms, gym, and nearby restaurant throughout the night, which made it difficult to get restful sleep. * Although we specifically booked a poolside room, the pool deck was under construction during our stay, completely obstructing the pool view. When we raised this concern with reception, she was unwilling to offer any accommodation or alternative solution. * The room felt quite dark. There is one ceiling light near the entrance. Overall, the hotel has a great location and decent facilities, but the noise issues and lack of communication regarding the construction significantly impacted our experience.

Restaurant was great for breakfast. Awesome location. Easy walk to the beach.

Very clean, comfy bed, nice themed room, unlimited seltzer and coffee, delicious breakfast!

The location and style . Live music everyday! And amenities upon arrival. Shave ice cream by the pool. The breakfast and the birthday amenities I asked for my wife that was confirmed never came. It was on the 3may.

Great location; overall, just a fun place to stay. The staff makes every effort to ensure you have the best, memorable stay. Love the basket of treats in the room!

Very good

Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. There were activities for guests to participate in, I went to a Lei making group and it was so fun. Also the food at The hideout, the restaurant in the hotel, was delicious! I’d book my stay at The Laylow again :)

Fantastic location. Easily accessible to Waikīkī and international marketplace. Comfortable rooms and be. Restaurant is very good. Mai tai too.

Our room was immaculate. The first time I have felt comfortable in a hotel in a long time. They also issued breakfast credits, and the food was great. Vibes were perfect for our honeymoon experience.
