The most convenient stay with very kind and helpful staff!

I had a very poor welcome to the hotel, especially as visitor travelling 16 hours from a different location. I had to sit and wait for hours before i got a room and on top of that i had a very unclean room.

Cheap but unkept

First and last. Never again.

This establishment was disgusting and we had no choice but to find alternative accommodation at great expense. Room was outdated with wallpaper peeling off, beds were disgusting to a point where my wife and I slept in our clothes we we wearing when we arrived late at night. Shower and toilet area was old and unkept, carpets were dirty, kitchenette had cocaroch crawling on the stove and sliding door to clothes cupboard would not move to be closed. This establishment does not deserve to be rated 1 star let alone 3 stars as put up on Booking.com.

The bed was comfortable. The valet staff were friendly and very helpful, not bothered by any questions we had. Underneath the mattress was dirty. There was a foul smell as soon as we entered the room. Ended up finding some nasty liquid leaking out of the refrigerator. Dirty stove top. Other guests were yelling, even cussing each other out until nearly 3 a. m.

The location is perfect Not updated, many thing to fix, wall very old, allway with hole everywhere, carpet not clean at all, very noisy at night

When I entered the lobby, I was immediately shocked by how dirty and foul-smelling it was. There were “work in progress” signs blocking the elevator, and a sheet hung across the lobby doors with no explanation. The carpet throughout the lobby was filthy and heavily stained. At check-in, I was informed of additional fees totaling approximately $462 for “amenities.” When I asked what amenities these charges were for, the front desk clerk simply repeated “amenities” and smiled, without providing any explanation. On the way to my room, I noticed that the hallway carpet was lumpy, as if it had been laid over another carpet or badly damaged and stained. There were stains throughout the dirty carpet, and I observed a construction worker either sleeping or passed out in the hallway. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe but proceeded directly to my room. The condition of the room was unacceptable. It was filthy, dirty, and clearly not properly cleaned. I also observed roaches in the room. When I attempted to use the room phone to contact the front desk to request a different room, the phone did not work. I then opened the door to go back downstairs, only to find the man in the hallway now spread out on the floor, mumbling. At that point, I locked the door

Customer service was ok but the hotel it self was horrible. They are slowly doing upgrades. But we had to change rooms 3 times because of poor lighting and roaches. The appliances had to be replaced because they were not working properly. Honestly the pictures they show are not accurate. It was honestly very disappointing. Parking was also hard to find.

And it was cheap at the time I booked it The towels situation there were never enough towels for the rooms The guests so loud in the hallway I can hear the conversation

It’s in a great area easy access to everything It’s outdated certain rooms have broken furniture very dirty. The whole building is the same outdated and has damage

This is an extremely old building that, upon entering the lobby to check in, the walls, doors and floors are very beat-up; one of the two elevators was broken so all of the guests had to wait for one elevator; there were small bugs crawling along the floor. The bathroom sink, cabinet and shower were the original fixtures from 1960 and in terrible condition. That being said, the room was well air conditioned, sheets and towels were clean, great TV and the beds were comfortable.

Studio was much bigger than expected as was the bed (comfortable bed) While sitting in the lobby did have one mental case that was staying there harass me and my 14yo son, front desk staff didn’t do anything.

Shower was dirty pillow case were stained shower head came off while I was showering.

Stains all over the room floor, holes and open ceilings and lots of other construction going on. Staff were friendly but I feel like they knew how bad that place was when they didn’t question me at all what I said I wanted to leave after 1 night and I ended up getting a full refund

Todo sucio. El personal todo pésimo. Nos hablaron pésimo no tenían toallas. El olor es horrible. No lo recomiendo

Hotel no es como se ve en las fotos tenía chiripas en la habitación.

*****IF ALL YOU NEED IS A PLACE TO SLEEP*****You will be much better off getting an Airbnb for the price, location is great but the place is run down and not well maintained at all, staff are normal and helpful just like any other places I stayed. You are not able to check in early even you the start the process early you still need to go back at 3pm or later to pay your deposit and get your room cards.
