Super friendly staff The carpet was extremely stained and scary not really family friendly with pool parties and the speakeasy bar you can hear from the room

Room was decorated nicely, it was sufficient, as expected for the short stay we had. Didn't use the pool or spa as there wasn't time and we were busy with family/friends. Liked that there was a microwave in the room so we could heat up leftovers. Would have enjoyed a coffeemaker in the room, or maybe even a Keurig with one cup of coffee each. The muffins and pastries at the front desk were the same ones from the night before when we checked in so we didn't buy those the following morning.

The bar area and pool was very cool. Great location for W Line Shower was a bit small

Staff is friendly and helpful. Pool cannot be used as they will have private events happening every night. The bar with swings won’t be available

Big rooms I could hear people in adjacent rooms

The staff is super friendly and supportive. However the building is old and needs some renovation. The biggest issue we had; it’s super noisy. We had a room above their bar. They are open until 1 - no chance to sleep. We travel with a baby and this makes nights and then as well the days hard.

Staff excellent bar and restaurant staff and bartender friendly very .housekeeping was great any requests taken care of immediately .as far as location of hotel again excellent within walking distance or short walk to public transportation Location of room wish had room on first floor due to walking upstairs

Very good

This is a hotel that is a repeat on out Waikiki place to stay list if you’ve packed light because there is no elevator and there may be a wait for help with your luggage up the stairs or for valet to bring your rental car. The hotel staff are great! The rooms are very dated and there are places where you can see the latest repairs if you look up or around. Would have given 5 stars except there was a private event at the hotel pool bar which last well after 1am. While it sure sounded like the guests had fun, it was difficult to get to sleep and we weren’t able to use the bar because of the event which was a real bummer because the suspended rope swings at the bar make for a good time by themselves.

The only negative things to add are the AC in our room functioned but definitely needs a cleaning and maintenance. Additionally, there was some serious miscommunication with staff and valet regarding valet parking. It was not clear a few times and we needed to drive the car ourselves to the parking lot. What’s the point of paid valet parking if I have to do the work myself ? There was a mix of communication from one staff to the other.

My biggest issue, though, was the mattress. I had a hard time getting a good night’s sleep and often woke up with aching hips. If the beds were more comfortable, our stay would have been much better overall.

Close to beach They don’t want families here, couple joint, said was 7o’s vibe but it’s just made in 70’s, food is small If you’ve got a family book a condo
