Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach

The hotel was nice, clean, and looked like the pictures. However, we were not a fan of the parking garage. It can be very tight for larger vehicles and uncomfortable to navigate- just fyi if plan on parking. All staff were professional and friendly.

Overall, the hotel was very good, but the only problem we had was that we stayed in a suite with a room with a door, but there was no AC, so it was very hot when we closed the door. I had to use the fan. Other than that, everything was perfect!!!!

The entire staff was warm, helpful, and pleasant, especially the housekeeping team. They were very efficient, attentive to our requests, and made sure our rooms were always cleaned and ready on time. We truly appreciated the great service and hospitality. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Great room and it was also in a great location and close to many of the popular areas.

Went with my girlfriend. Room was clean and housekeeper was good. Room was modern. Service was good. They offer umbrellas, beach towels, and chairs for free. Overall, a very positive experience for Hawaii.

Clean room, staff was excellent, beach towels, chairs, and umbrella available. Short walk to Waikiki beach. The pool is a shallow wading pool and Jacuzzi. It is not a full swimming pool.

The front desk and valet staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Their service truly reflected the high standard of 'Japanese' hospitality, even you actually in the states .

Great location

Great location, clean, comfortable and large room.

The hotel is in the perfect location for shopping, dining and about a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. They offer beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas but you'll have to carry them 7-10 minutes to your walk to the beach. Plenty of seating available in the lobby area but there is no bar or restaurant onsite. This hotel is not worth what you pay because the amenities are slim to none and the resort fees are expensive.

Very clean and well maintained. Really wish they would offer breakfast or coffee bar of some sort.
