I wasn't told about any of the facilities on check in which woukd have been helpful as I've been on the road for few weeks and forgot what the hotel had. Be aware than when it days laundry facilities it's not a guest laundry, tgey send you clothes out and it is per piece pricing. I found the coffee one morning, but still no idea where the still and sparkling water was, or indeed the swimming pool. Paper cups and tea/coffee were not replaced for my second night. Good location. The Hotels.com VIP perk of a bottle of wine was not offered, but igot $5 off tge restaurant next door. This was unfortunate as I coukd not use thus but would have had the wine.

Friendly and helpful staff; great location; clean rooms. Noisy air conditioner; bath/shower leaked water on floor; expensive for the quality of room; window faced onto a grungy ally.

Location is about it. Noise level, rude staff, no handicap entrance.

Great hotel, clean and trendy. Close to all shops, restaurants, and beach!

Would reccomend 10/10 and will most definitely be back We also opted for valet vs finding parking elsewhere, which seemed like a hassle, so plan for $45 a day for valet if you get a nice rental!

The location to walk around Waikiki is great

THEEE BEST LOCATION!! I am single female traveling solo. Right outside the hotel happens to be THE LOCATION for the pick up for the excursions. Also a very walkable area for restaurants, shops and the beach.

The property is very retro but is very clean and tidy. Such a central spot for a reasonable price

Location was close to beach and shopping. The lighting and the loud air conditioner. Also room overlooked a loud bar.

The property has WiFi (fast), pool, elevators (2 but quick), laundry, pool, parking, plus a very good restaurant downstairs with the best açaí bowl I ever had which had a coconut mousse with Lime squeezed! Delicious! I had no issues with property. In fact they have wheelchair lift accessibility in front of the hotel adjacent to staircase. Also handicapable push button to auto open the doors for you to walk/wheel in.

The location was ideal. Close to the beach, stores and dining. The room is just ok.

Very colourful place. Clean and nice. The location is amazing literally walking distance to anywhere Just the attitude of one of the girls at the reception.
