Nice location and clean Not that cooperative staff

Staff was sweet , we had a housekeeper open the door while we were sleeping the day of check out but it was not checkout time which we didn’t appreciate but overall the room and cleanliness was great, parking can be difficult, pool was good but always full. The balcony door was extremely difficult to open and close.

Clean rooms. Great location. Nothing

A good budget friendly hotel in decent location to Waikiki beach. Staff was great to work with during hurricane Lala. Parking is tight but doable, but the price of $40+ a night for resort fees should really be $10… wifi/gym/pool/hot tube all shared with college kids and room servicing is only every other day. Other hotels charge same resort fee and service rooms every day.

Washrooms were too small. Overall it was okay. Not a bad place if you want to be in the middle of downtown and have everything at walkint distance.

Everything Was Amazing!!!
-
Old looking room, but did the job. Nice view.
-
A bathroom door stop that was dangling and then ultimately broke. Toilet seat would not stay up right. Toilet bowl water level was a bit high. Shower leaked at the faucet and at the handle. AC worked so so, not great No coffee maker or microwave. Parking garage is a nightmare.
-
MY ROOM TO SERVICE IT. There’s also so much mold in the rooms and the ac blows humid air. The parking garage is so narrow it is a hassle to even park ON TOO OF 45$ a day for parking.

This was our 2nd time staying there. Never had any problems until now. We were there for 3 nights. The property is pretty old as our first time staying there was in 2011. This time it showed its age. Water leak in our room on our 2nd night forced us to change rooms in the middle of the night. This after being charged an "upgrade" fee for wanting to share a bed with my husband (they originally gave us 2 twin beds). The parking lot was scary and narrow. We were afraid of damaging our rental going in and out the lot. The smell in the hall way was like a wet carpet. The location wasn't so bad as it was in the middle of waikiki, 2 blocks from the beach but with so many buildings surrounding us, you couldn't see pass another buildings roof. No ocean view at all. Staff was nice, small balcony, small bathroom, decent but over priced for what you get.
