Great Experience! Great Staff!
-
The property was absolutely close to everything. The beach, The International Market Place all of the restaurants and places to get food. The ABC Stores for alcohol and souvenirs. All of the high end stores from YSL to PRADA. It’s in the center of it all. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the ac is really cold in the rooms. Loved that it was just a little dated but, not enough for you to not want to stay. Also when you checkout if you have a later flight they will as if you want them keep your bags free of charge so you don’t have to drag them around town before you leave. We would definitely stay there again myself my daughter and my sister. I brought my daughter for her 16th birthday and we stayed 9 days.

We had an amazing stay and the staff was acc

Third time here! Only problem is the ventilation of the bathrooms. But not enough to bother me in the room.

The only thing that I like is convenience. The hall way is disgusting it seems liked it hasn’t been vacuumed for a month and also wall on 9th floor is coming off they just put two cones. The microwave is so gross there is spilled food all over and one last thing the water station is not the cleanest either…AC is great thank god.

The staff were sweet and the bedrooms were cleaned nicely! We didn’t get as much towels sometimes but anytime we asked the staff, they were pretty quick to hand it to us. The keycard might be a bit much at times but made us feel safe. We had to wait for certain elevators to open up to lead us to the garage so that was slightly annoying but overall we will definitely be staying again. Everyone was so sweet, room decorations were cute, and pool gets cleaned daily so 10/10!

Great location in Waikiki. Decent value, given the price. Room was loud and can hear the hallway and neighbors easily. Cleanliness had a bit to be desired overall. Felt a bit more like a motel than a hotel.

We did absolutely love and appreciate the staff's warm smiles and welcoming everytime we left and came back to the hotel. Also, it was very convenient of Waikiki Malia being right in the middle of Waikiki where everything is less than a 15 minute walk, tons of shopping and food around, and multiple access points to the beach.
-
The hotel provided free water and free coffee which was super nice and saved us money. The staff are all lovely and super pleasant. The hotel does the job. Decent place to stay. However the hotel is not that clean and also gave me a staph infection (skin infection) that I had to treat with antibiotics. The carpet in the room is extremely dirty bring slides for the hotel. The towels all smelt a bit gross. The hotel lifts are slow and outdated.
