Elevator wasn’t working an I slipped

The hotel staff were outstanding! The hotel had washers and dryers to do laundry, which was a bonus for families.

Overall great experience! Thank you to the whole team.

We checked in On Friday 8/14/2026 and checked out 08/18/2026 NOT ONCE did they come to clean our room. There was no power all day Sunday 16th so our room stinked. Power restore we went out all day Monday and no one cleaned our room. I did complain but the desk agent said he wasn't here during the weekend. He was not sure why this happen. Very upset.

Our stay was ok. The room was a bit small for my mom on a wheelchair. Other than that. The room served its purpose during the storm.

Good stay

Great location, can walk all over Waikīkī from this location. Hotel had a nice bar and a coffee shop. Pool area is really nice for being in the middle of the city. Would dearly here again.

What I didn’t like is how they clean my room..how they just pull the sheet back up without straightening the sheets out

Front desk did not even offer to move us to a different room. Changing sheets at 1 AM CA time after a long travel was the last thing on my mind.

Great place to stay at!

It was fine. Would have liked some help with my luggage. I also didn't like having to go down 3 floors to get ice.

Awesome location to walk to everything. You get 3 beach items complimentary at a local beach company in Waikiki close to the zoo (but go early). Parking is a nightmare. I recommend you don’t have a car in Waikiki. You can walk everywhere or take the local buses or trolley. Less expensive than being right on the beach. Rooms are okay.. nothing fancy, but clean and functional.

I didn’t like how they clean their room,when it comes to making the beds all they do is pull the sheets back up..the beds were full size bed not Queens it was hard for two people to sleep in that bed

We had a terrible experience-it was very chaotic and we were ignored and never told when our room was ready. We finally had to ask again at 5:30 when check in was 4:00 and you could see they had forgotten about us. They had no one to help us with our luggage and I am disabled and they sent us to a far building through a very busy parking lot. The manager had to show us to our room and when we finally got off the elevator after being slammed by the door, the whole area in front of our room was filled with laundry carts and construction equipment and we could barely get by this stuff and they still expected us to settle in this room!!! When we finally walked in my daughter slipped on a very wet floor and was injured...then they decided that we needed another room!! Not because of all the equipment out front!! In our new room the fridge did not work and we were far from the main building. We were miserable. On Saturday afternoon we were informed (we are traveling with children) that they were going to have a DJ at the pool and a pool party from 4:00 - 7:00! It was so raucous and loud and people throughout Waikiki were coming to the party...again making the property unsafe for children. There was alcohol and drunk people and the music was so loud!! We even caught our teenager at the bar being served alcohol, never asked for an ID or anything. No security anywhere. The Valet company staff were all very kind but they do not work for the hotel but it is a disaster hotel!
