Courtyard by Marriott Waikiki Beach

The room was very comfortable and clean. The Cleaning staff have done great at their work each time they would serviced our room.

Good experience overall

Very disappointed with my stay. The staff was rude and unwelcoming, and the room was not clean upon arrival. This property does not reflect the quality or service I expect from Marriott. I have stayed at many Marriott and Courtyard by Marriott hotels, and this was by far the most disappointing. I would not stay here again.

The property is located in a great area. It’s close to many good restaurants and the strip. The actual hotel experience when we were inside was not great. The 1st time they were supposed to clean our room they did not and we had to ask. We found ourselves constantly having to ask for basic things. I’ve never been at a hotel where I’ve run out of toilet paper before. Parking was also $64 a night which is actually insanity. The hotel itself always had trash laying around and the cleanliness was not up to par. The balcony was dusty and the blinds broke when I tried to open them. It is also very outdated. Definitely do not recommend.

Staff was extremely helpful!

I wrote before that I cancelled this reservation and demanded a full refund. The hotel did not mention they had a height restriction on vehicles being valet parked so I would not be able to stay there .

The rooms where wayyyy smaller than shown. Mini golf did not seem maintained. The advertisement was very off and kinda catfished us and brought our hopes down. The lerson on the front desk was definitely an amazing helper in finding a “ better “ room.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool area was really nice big plus having a bar/restaurant by the pool. The only negative thing was that most of the washers and dryers did not work in the laundry room. Other than that I would definitely stay here again!

Close to the beach

Some staff nice others not so much. Have stayed here probably like 100 nights. It’s been a while the beach wagon rental was misleading you needed to pick up from another location far away.

I got this hotel for the washer and dryer.. kind of pointless because everyone is using it spent 3/4 hrs just doing one load. Overally everything else was good

Hotel location was 12min walk to Waikiki. Room was average and simple. Eveything was so expensive. The room was located above the bar and pool, so it was noisy when we opened the door of the balcony.

Nice amenities, Several areas in the bldg may need some extra attention. All together, a very nice place to stay.

My stay is always exceptional.

Hotel is 1block away from main strip. 3minute walk to beach. Sorrounded by food choices. I personally would return to a suite size room.
