Courtyard by Marriott Waikiki Beach

Very good location & staff were friendly and hospitable. The laundry facility area was not clean & all machines were moldy & dirty! I backed out & decided not to bother using both washing & drying machines on our last day stay there, just packed those in a laundry bag to just bring back home for washing. The saltwater pool was in the same area as the laundry facility with some strange dirt on the water so didn't bother using it as well.

Good location off the main strip. Nice staff, clean rooms. Only concern was air conditioning unit needs to be updated.

Is convenient. Check in too late 4pm and check out 11am too early. Plus not even 11am yet, our room keys not allow access our room after our breakfast was about 10:45am, very upset, had waste our time go to the front desk and reactive the room keys. Not good experience at all.

Street noise is very loud in room even on the 14th floor very hard to sleep.

Staff was very rude and not very helpful. We got breakfast coupons with our stay and the bartender was pissed we were there. Vocally annoyed to be helping us. Our room was decent enough but the showers weee so small you had to fit in sideways and we are not large people. Balcony door didn’t shut and allowed every single bit of noise possible. Our door had a large gap so you would hear everything in the hall way along with the light. Drunk people fighting outside our door at 2 am and it got very violent. We tried to say something in the morning and they seemed like they were so annoyed that we said anything and did not care that our experience was not good. Definitely will not go back here.

By far my favorite hotel in Hawaii. Staff was awesome, room was perfect overlooking the pool. Clean and comfortable. Just the way I like it. Valet staff was quick and overall awesome!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel and we’ll definitely be back. It was a 10 out of 10 across-the-board great staff clean great location. Great pool.

Staff were amazing and accommodating. The problem I had was with the overall payment system. Since we didn’t sign “in time” we had to use another card for payment. While the first card had the money taken out and withheld for a week. Very frustrating and disappointing. Also the $63/day for valet? That’s crazy! Our “upgrade” though was an awesome treat, it was kind of disappointing of the room. If that was our upgrade I would have hate to see what we originally booked for. Overall a mediocre experience by the systems of the hotel, not people who works there.

Close to everything around Waikiki, friendly staff, laundry on site, and loved that the pool was heated. I booked my reservation for 5 people. The bathroom had only 2 towels to use to shower.

The Staff were excellent in meeting my requests and the free live music poolside was a blessing. Great value for the dollar!
