Great place to stay but they dont clean the room everyday. But otherwise perfect place and easy access to Waikiki area.
-
The rooms are outdated and need deep cleaning and upgrades
-
Good place to stay for vacation. All staffs are very kind

Cleaning, great staff and good customer service care .

Very nice Staff. The room had a funky smell and the bathroom was very outdated. This is a good option if you are not picky and do not mind cleanliness. The staff saved the trip, also the location is great.

My kids really like the hotel so much

The staff were nice, which was probably the best part. Also, the continental breakfast is simply bare minimum. Again — this hotel is good enough to sleep

Thank you so much

The Oasis hotel was close to downtown amenities and the beach. Which was lovely. They have valet parking but made the experience safe. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast isn’t all that much. You get a yogurt and a bowl of cereal. If you want a real breakfast you should check out other places. Other than that I had a great experience.

Overall the hotel and the stay experience was great! Breakfast buffet was horrible. Very minimal choices and not so fresh items. Breakfast was definitely a big disappointment and we had to spend additional money to have breakfast outside of the hotel.
-
Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, consisting mainly of cereal, oatmeal, coffee, Hawaiian bread, small donuts, and yogurt. Expanding the selection to include items such as eggs, French toast, pancakes, orange juice, fresh fruit, and muffins would create a more varied and appealing experience.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Making my family of 8 relaxed and safe! What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Customer service was excellent! I greatly enjoyed my visit and appreciated the hospitality and attention to details throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends and look forward to staying in the future. Just wish they had more options for breakfast

Counter person staff was excellent. He assisted us the best he could. Hotel is rundown outdated room looked very worn out stained and patched was in the room. First room was changed due to Internet did not work on that floor. Second room the view improved, but the quality of the room was the same. What they call breakfast there's no point in paying for it cause it's a free-for-all. I think people are walking in from the streets also, it's taking place outdoors.. Breakfast consisted of bread for toast, cereal, milk, coffee, refrigerated, apple apples, and bread rolls. That's it not at all impressed. We were able to cancel the second night and moved on around the corner found a great place for half the price. I would say do your research and stay away from the oasis hotel..

The location is close by the shopping mall and beach The room is outdated and the carpet has a little smell

My suite was unavailable due to maintenance issue and had to have a standard room with a fold out bed. Front desk did wave fees but was inconvenience not having two beds and having to change rooms the next day.

Couldn’t fault the place
