Amazing stay! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms have everything you need for a comfortable long stay. Rooms are very well-thought out and sleek/up to date. Will stay here again!

Really clean and classy rooms. Rooftop spa was a great place to unwind. Not too crowded yet close enough to all of what waikiki has to offer. Honestly, much better than the mega resorts.

Free laundry was very convenient. Restroom was so spacious and clean. Rooftop jacuzzi was relaxing.

We're a local family and have stayed at the Hokulani twice in the last 6 months. It's definitely our new favorite and have zero complaints about the accommodations. Everything is great, from the bathroom to the kitchen. Just enough for everything you need for a stay with children or just two people. Overall satisfied with both stays so far and will likely be booking again.

Location was perfect, the view from our room was fantastic, and the room was so clean and much bigger than expected!!! Loved everything about our stay!

Laundry on each floor very easy to use. Kitchen stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and soap etc for cleaning. Overall an amazing place to stay

Location was fantastic! Couldn’t have been better. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, show performances and shopping street. Lower levels of the hotel had street noise at night which impacted our sleep

Rooms well setup for family. Our two boys slept on the pull out couch. Kitchen well equipped for meals. Laundry on floor very convenient. Pool is a punch pool, 3ft deep. Great for our young kids, but may be not as fun for older kids. Overall great hotel and fantastic stay.

BUT seems staff member japanese woman with eye glasses is discriminating against some Korean customers if she dont like:). How can she say , "I can't hear you," without even approaching or no looking at a customer after asked my name? she didnt try close. I saw that she was kind and smile to Japanese guests after me. “Later, when we left our luggage before get room and I said thank you and, she ignored me and walked away, took luggages. she was front of me. She also pointed at me and my PTSD service dog while whispering with another staff member even though I was looking directly at her, she kept staring at us and continued talking.. Later, maybe manager(supervisor)guy who came. I explained it in an annoyed tone, but he was kind, understanding, and apologize. I thank him.. I traveling a lot, I've never left a review or complained about a hotel, but was it happen because “i wasn't a vacation club member” or was wearing a tourist-themed T-shirt? When you arrive here and check in, if you're a casually dressed Korean or stay 1,2nights, avoid that bespectacled Japanese woman. She'll blatantly ignore you:) But Hotel and other is perfect!

We did see quite a few complaints about the pool due to its size, but our girls still enjoyed it and the rooftop lounge area is really nice just to hang out. The staff was all very friendly and helpful and that always makes the stay that much better. We will definitely be booking here again and looking forward to the next stay.
