Fantastic location

This was a great place to stay. Loved that the kitchen was fully stocked, and there was a deep jet tub in the bathroom. My unit had a separate balcony off the bedroom and the living room. Very clean unit and great staff. Used the gym and it was very convenient to access. Very close beach access too. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I definitely would stay here again.

Loved it, everything about it was convenient. Would love to stay here again when I return

Very comfortable apartment, loved being able to cook what we wanted. Great size bathroom too, really enjoyed our stay. Great location right on Waikiki Beach Walk, easy to get to everything in Waikiki!

Would stay there again if I were to return to Hawaii

It was a nice stay unfortunately the jacuzzi wasn’t working.

Friendly and helpful staff no view lots of traffic in and out of the parking garage

1 bedroom was cramped. It was a kind bed but it was pushed against the wall on one side so only one night stand which is annoying for charging phones etc. service was great, we asked for extra coffee etc and they were quick and helpful.

Had I had an interest in buying a timeshare, they didn’t do anything extra nice or special to sell us on it. It was raining and so we asked to use some umbrellas and we’re told we only could have one per room though we were a family of three. We also had requested a later checkout so our baby could take a nap that day and we’re told we needed to be ‘elite members’ for that option - though the hotel was empty and it would have easily been something they could have done. There were a few other things they missed so all in all, it was a fine stay but nothing special. It’s a good location in Waikiki, but had it been busy Lewer’s street can be very loud at night.

comfortable bed small suite. No breakfast

The Property is located in the Downtown Beach Walk area. It is near the beach, food, and shopping. This makes it easy to get around. The property itself is a little worn down and dated. My family stayed here 13 years ago for it's grand opening. Nothing has been updated in that time.

Staff was courteous and professional. Room was nice and we enjoyed studio aspect of it. Staff took Covid seriously, wore masks. Took precautions with our car too. Hotel did not offer breakfast; actually it did not have a restaurant, etc. We had to go off property for every meal--a little difficult, as some did not do reservations for meals and waiting was 20-30 minutes sometimes and did not know ahead of time what each restaurant's requirements were. And construction at location area and difficult to find entrance; rode around about 15 minutes or more trying to find access. Two streets near it were one way, but in opposite direction. And no visible sign from that area as to where or how to go to find it. Also had to pay $40 per day to garage our vehicle and were told if we parked it that would be issue if/when we wanted to take it in/out. Had to do that for going to eat or shop and could not walk for extended period.

We've been to Waikiki several times & usually try a new hotel each time. I chose the Wyndham based on location. I couldn't be happier with out stay here! Upon entering the suite, I was surprised by the beautifully decorared room! My boyfriend contacted the resort before the trip & asked if there was anything they could do to make the trip extra special since he was planning to propose. The

Very spacious and well-equipped 2-bedroom suite. Good value.
-
Located centrally close to everything which was fantastic. The 2 bedroom apartment was a great size with loads of amenities. Both showers had very weak pressure. Beds really comfortable. Only major gripe was that no service was done on our apartment during our 2 night stay plus no fresh towels either.
