Allowed to check in early Our room Never got cooler than 84 degrees. We had ac on . Contacted front desk they said it was working . It was on from 10 am until 4 am next morning. Ceiling fans on. Damp musty smell

Excellent size room for waikiki standards. Great staff. Musty smell on some floors, not all floors and not in rooms.

Lack of a working A/C

We stayed for 2 nights and upon check in the staff did not advised us at all that the hotel's ac system was broken. We spent 2 nights without any a/c and it was terrible. The staff should had told us upon check in but they kept their mouth shut. This is terrible. The lady in the front desk staff upon check out had an attitude like too bad. I will be contacting my credit card company.

The hotel was perfect for us, large family group over several rooms, Best location, close to shops, great choice of restaurants, short walk to the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nothing, our stay was perfect.

It's an older complex but it is pretty well kept up. We like it because it's close walking to lots of restaurants shopping Waiki Beach, swimming, boating and aloha Friday fireworks

Great experience. Very nice staff. Great location. The hotel is outdated but very well maintained. Looks like it went through some sort of restoration. Very convenient for the price and location. Definitively a great option for a few days.

Great location. Convenient shop on lobby level. Having a small kitchen was great and a money saver. Not fancy, but clean and close to everything.
