The Imperial Hawaii Resort

I'm grateful that the beach and ABC store are next door. I went for a walk on the sand in the morning.

It was ok, but it was a bit run down. Staff was friendly. Location of the hotel was decent.

- I wouldn’t stay here again. The hotel itself wasn’t bad- it was out dated but I can live with that but the bed was not comfortable. It was the kind that you pull down from the wall. It was the deluxe studio room. I knew this beforehand but honestly I don’t complain about beds- but this felt like sleeping on a sleeper sofa for 3 nights. However- the worst part was getting $200 stolen from my suitcase. I should have never left money in there so it’s my fault but it was left in a bday card and tucked away so I felt kinda safe with it. We didn’t have any room service so no one should have been in the room. The location was fine- just don’t leave any cash in the room at all.

The valet parking service was also prompt and excellent. During my four-night stay, there was no full room cleaning, but taking out the trash and changing the towels was handled without any issues. The room had a kitchen, which was really handy for having takeout meals. One thing I would like to request of the hotel is that they provide a place to hang bath towels; that would be very helpful.

The kitchenette apartment was nice

The room was outdated. It had all the amenities we needed during our stay! The staff was amazing! They remembered is was or daughters 16th birthday and they gave her a bag with some amazing gifts. So thoughtful and definitely not expected.

This was our second time staying here—and we couldn’t wait to come back! Every single person is incredibly warm and welcoming—from valet parking to the front desk, housekeeping, and beyond. Their constant smiles and genuine kindness make such a difference, and it truly feels like a home away from home. We absolutely love it here!

For the price it was a good deal, not on the beach but very close. Hotel on older side, weird room lay out with small bathroom. Lobby and staff very nice.

This was a very great place to stay, room was beautiful, had a great view and this was one of the nicest Hotels I have ever stayed at, the room was awesome, hot tub was great, swimming pool was fantastic, and everything was close, all my tour pick ups were within a couple of blocks, I loved my stay in Hawaii, Thank you very much for letting me visit your Island, the memories will last forever. Everything! Amazing place and staff!

Our first stay in Oahu for 4 days was made more wonderful with this hotel. The suite we rented with a kitchen and 2 baths was so nice. The bed was especially comfortable. All the dishes and cookware we needed was supplied. Though Kona coffee would have been so appreciated, we received chocolate macadamia nuts which was special. Other toiletries in the bathrooms were very good as well. The conveniences of an ABC store and Denny's restaurant was perfect proximity, along with the village of stores. We definately recommend and hope to come back to the islands and will stay again. T Weber

Location is reasonable. Out dated furniture, poor kitchen, noisy construction work at 9am on several mornings.

It was clean and location is great. It could use some updates.

Everything we needed was right there. We could also rent a small refrigerator and the beach chairs. There was even automatic dish soap and normal dish soap and sponge provided. Our room was Kia suite 20th floor so there was less noise coming from down the street. Garbage was not picked up every day from the room but when we called the housekeeping someone came over. Our room had amazing view which was great however due to our room being surrounded by glass windows in the afternoon temperature in the room would reach up to the 90F. I strongly recommend keeping air cons on the lowest and borrowing the fan from the front desk and closing curtains while you do sightseeing,
