OUTRIGGER Reef Waikiki Beach Resort

Awesome hotel for family. Fantastic location and amazing staff. Lots of turtles and monk seals often come to this beach and we saw them. Pool was great and food was great. Very walkable to shops and restaurants.

My only complaint is lack of beach, the hotel has a cool Hawaiian vibe and the rooms were decent, if you want the tourist experience this is the hotel for you.

Convenient location, great staff

This was our second stay at this hotel and it is by far our favorite. Everything is amazing from the staff to the rooms. The lobby is beautiful and it is right on the water. We will be back soon!

Ocean view room is not really ocean view. It’s more partial view. Unable to charge to room when consuming at multiple locations. Staff does not follow through. Had to call several times to get checked out because they never did after stopping at the desk. They double charged me for parking however I got a call advising of credit. Beach is very limited unless walking.

Friendly helpful staff and good restaurants. ABC store conveniently located inside resort. Valet park very helpful.

Great experience! Checked in and noticed my family and I had a WCA room and shower. The staff were able to swap our room quickly and friendly. Great customer experience.

The live music and complimentary cultural activities was a nice addition to our visit. Parking is expensive but the valet and bell desk staff were always friendly and helpful. The food at the Monkeypod was good and the access to the beach in front of the property was convenient. We enjoyed our stay at the Outrigger Reef

I really enjoyed this hotel. The location was great. Restaurants and food options were available at the hotel which was great. Enjoyed the music by the pool. Over all the hotel was clean, staff was friendly and had great vibes. Would stay again.

The hotel is beautiful and it is located towards the end of the strip. You have access to the the main strip which has restaurants, shops, and couture stores. It is at the quieter end, which worked well for us.

The hotel was clean and the staff attentive however I wouldn’t call this a resort. We were expecting something with multiple swimming pools and restaurants and swim up bars lush grounds. If you wanted to shop, this was a place to stay for all the high-end stores however, anything that was outdoor related and breathtaking views you had to travel a half hour to an hour to get to anywhere.. This was mainly a concrete jungle.

Beautiful and well maintained all around. Elevators are a bit warm as they are not air conditioned, but the room was wonderful.

Everything was amazing at this hotel!! Would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is the hotel doors not offer complimentary ocean front beach chairs you have to rent them at $40 per day for 2 chairs and 1 umbrella additional chairs are $8. FYI parking is $60 a day or you can rent your car by the day at the hotel and park free. You really don't need a car. Most tours will pick you up and you can walk to most places. Uber/Lyft if you need it.
