Great place

Had a great time. Loved everything. Only thing that was a pain was the elevator.

Beautiful property- live the mirning hot breakfast buffet and evening reception! Best place to enjoy with family!

The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed from the front desk, breakfast and happy hour.

Overall the hotel was great however we experienced lack of hot water in both of our rooms. Cold showers were not something we expected after paying so much money to stay there. The breakfast was good. The elevators had many issues and so we had to take the stairs several times. We were on the 14th floor!! I was disappointed that my mom’s room was not on the same floor but the views were nice. The pool and hot tub were great.

- water bottle refill in the lobby - refresh rooms and toiletries each day - the 1-bedroom suite with balcony (city view) is spacious - discounts for nearby restaurants and shows, as well as free drink tickets at the bar - decently sized pool; usually full of kids and families - multiple entrances for shortcuts - a block from the beach - relatively quiet area; a little busier at night CONS - Breakfast: if you’re on a budget and don't need anything more than the basics, it's good enough. Keep in mind: most places in the area are $20-30/person (tip automatically included). - Much of the hotel from the bath tub to the couch and pool side cushions are very lived in, but if you're not particular, it'll do. - The walls are a bit thin -- you'll hear crying babies and doors slamming -- in case you're a light sleeper - You'll wait a while for the elevator, especially during check out time (11am). - No real room service. They just offer discounts from two nearby restaurants that deliver. DON'T order from Giovanni Pastrami though. Food was burnt, order was wrong, and items were missing. It's across the street. Just go order in person and double check everything before you leave. - They don't help you with luggage when you’re leaving -- not down the crowded elevator or into your uber. (My mom is elderly and the bags were heavy.) - The multiple excursion salesmen constantly pitching you along one side of the hotel makes you want to take the long way around ~ Hilton Honors Member

One thing that was weird was we were about ready to call our uber (5 hrs before our flight because we were worried to do much more in town in fear of not making it back in time to leave for the airport) and a hotel staff came up to me and told me we were going to get stopped with my kids in an uber unless we took this taxi that was waiting by the hotel lobby. I told him we had been Ubering everywhere. He told us cops won’t stop a Chrysler mini van, but they would stop a Honda odyssey that we had been ubering in. It was just a weird confrontation. Like we were being pressured. He may have been right, but it felt weird. Other than those two things, our stay was excellent!

All of the staff members were so polite. The breakfast was great every day and the hotel location was very convenient.

The hotel is located in a very central location of the town. Super convenient to get to everything, including a short walk to the beach. Staff was super friendly and helpful. One drawback regarding the hotel room was that the AC system fan was super noisy, fine adjustments was impossible. Also, the include breakfast was nothing to write home about, and coffee was "terrible" (since we're from the Pacific Northwest where we truly enjoy our coffee).

Convenient location. Slow check-in process. The staff was not helpful with our complaint about the sagging mattress.

This is our second time staying at the Embassy Suites in Waikiki! We booked a 2 bedroom suite and it was more than enough room for our family of 5. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and the hotel is close to so many restaurants and beaches; couldn't ask for a better location! The breakfast was fine and happy hour at the pool is always a fun bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Been to this hotel twice now. We love it here and how close it is to everything.

It was good

Great location with an excellent full breakfast, we had the king ocean view suite and it was fantastic. Evening drinks and appies was an added bonus

Buffet breakfast room was dirty and tables always felt unclean Bedding had old stains on it

The hotel is at a great location and very friendly staff. Breakfast was easy with family. Great access to towels and maintenance and cleanliness is very important to us and I felt like they did well. Would definitely stay here again. The valet service was excellent. We came here with a family of 6- 3 children my wife and I and my mother.
