Checked in after 1am and Sheldon was amazing! Very personable and great to deal with especially arriving so late at night. Received a handy beach bag to use during our trip. We got a great room, 4th floor, walk out right to the pool. Breakfast was busy but always found a table. Valet service was efficient. Great location. Would book this place again!

This was a wonderful stay and we would come back again. The staff was wonderful and helpful with everything. Our family had a great time at the pool that had a connecting shallow pool for our toddlers. The access to multiple restaurants, shops, the beach, and bars was a big plus.

Loved the lobby and valet area which was expedient service. The room was large and spacious and the pillows very comfortable. The rooms had big screen TV’s although we didn’t watch much. 1 ply toilet paper, really? Elevator wasn’t working properly with our key card. The first night the AC system was leaking bad and had to be serviced. One day our room was not cleaned til after 3:00 pm.
