It is the peaceful calm that makes this hotel stand out. The staff are very respectful and friendly. Their role is to make your stay as good as it can be. Our bathroom setup where the shower over bath, not good as we age
-
There are some insects in the room or on the bed; I have been bitten and have many bumps.
-
A lot depends on neighbors. Screaming babies and adults aren’t the hotel’s fault, but anything to increase soundproofing would help.
-
Beautiful property, excellent food.
-
Best service ever. The property was a quiet oasis amongst all the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. We stayed at the Four Seasons as well on Oahu and my husband and I both thought Halekulani was the better hotel. Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel, impeccable staff. I had the best time .
