Location ia at center of everything and hotel room size was very good. The restaurants are disappointed. Pool side restaurant is too hot as it is outdoor premises and foods are not delicious. 2 other top rated restaurants’ food quality are not upto par compared to the prices as I am from NYC and NJ.

Great location, and the food was great! Checking in we were not greeted as friendly as the other two customers before us, we found it to be quite odd however we brushed it off. Our rooms AC made some noise throughout the night, but didnt want to report it. Our rooms were made a few times but certain things were missed ( a trash can still full, they left a banana peel and papaya on the dirty plates there for 2 days, but made our beds. The staff was very friendly and kind, which made the stay comfortable.

Truly truly 5 star hotel. The facilities were clean, the food excellent at all three restaurants, the pool is clean and not overcrowded, lovely guests and good access to the pool and surfing services.

Location - Spotlessly Clean - Great size bedrooms. Staff were helpful, friendly and couldn’t do enough for you during our stay. Nothing.

There was always a staff member nearby to answer questions. Room service was very fast and attentive. The pool area was clean, service was good and overall very relaxing.
