Truly truly 5 star hotel. The facilities were clean, the food excellent at all three restaurants, the pool is clean and not overcrowded, lovely guests and good access to the pool and surfing services.

Location - Spotlessly Clean - Great size bedrooms. Staff were helpful, friendly and couldn’t do enough for you during our stay. Nothing.

There was always a staff member nearby to answer questions. Room service was very fast and attentive. The pool area was clean, service was good and overall very relaxing.

We had a wonderful experience - great location and service and our room was superb . Shout out to Carlos serving us at the pool, with his great service!! We waited for a while to get a table in the causal restaurant and eventually gave up and went to a venue down the road. Would be good to know when checking in that guests don’t get priority in using the on site restaurants.

Overall good experience. Did have one issue with a pest in our room, but the staff was very accommodating! Overall, the staff made the stay worthwhile. Also, amazing views!

Every member of their staff was exceptional from Bell staff, front desk, to housekeeping. They went out of their way to make our trip special. We can't say enough great things about this team. The room was incredible. We loved the soaking tub. They serviced our room in the morning and had turn down service every evening. We love it here!

An upscale boutique hotel with long history on the beach in Waikiki. Central but quiet, immediate access to the beach, and an excellent service.
