This is my second stay at Halepuna and it is an excellent hotel! The staff are all really friendly and accommodating, happy to take care of anything you need. The rooms are modern and clean and the location is really handy but tucked away so there is little street noise to the rooms. My room attendant Jovie was so lovely, always smiling and offering great service - I stayed during Hurricane Lala and Jovie and the other room attendant were checking in with guests despite themselves also being impacted by the storm. They really made the stay special for me. Thank you There is no Wi-Fi signal at the pool - that’s the only bad thing I could say.

If you prefer a quiet hotel with modern rooms, this is the place. Good amenities and steps from the water. Power went out during the storm, which detracted a bit.

Great location, rooms and staff. Pool area lacked proper shade eccentricity with umbrellas. The pool menu is a waste. Overall great stay. Not beachfront.

Great hotel ideally situated in down town Waikiki, close to an array of bars, restaurants and the beach. Staff were very welcoming and happy to assist. Room was reasonably spacious and clean. Parking is adjacent to the hotel in a multi-storey, a little pricey but location location!, Would definitely recommend!

From the time we vallet, to check in, used the pool to checking out, customer service was excellent. The room is fantastic, clean and comfortable. Our stay was fantastic!

Loved the location, a little bit out of the crowds in Waikiki but still just around the corner, the infinity pool was relaxing with bar service poolside the staff super efficient and friendly. Rooms were sleek & modern, good size bathroom, complimentary slippers and water bottles. Also no resort fees! NA
