This hotel was everything we needed for a perfect get-away in Waikiki. First of all, the location is central - right in the middle of great restaurants, medium to high end luxury stores. The staff was fantastic especially the front-desk - anything we needed/or questions asked, they went out of their way to provide us with answers and solutions. Hotel was spotless. They didn't have an on-site restaurant, but it wasn't an inconvenience at all as we were steps away from the best bakery, best coffee spots, and the sister-hotel Halekulani was just directly across. We would definitely be coming back again.

We received 2 complimentary water bottles with the hotel logo, nice souvenir! Our room was clean, bathroom came with a toilet bidet, loved that! The bell desk provided a bag with beach towels. They also have umbrellas since it rained a couple days. There’s self parking which was included with my booking and valet service. Since our flight home was at 11:30 pm, we were able to leave our luggages at the hotel for the whole day even after we had checked out. I was skeptical at the time I booked our vacation package but the excellent reviews were convincing enough to give this hotel a chance. And we were not disappointed! Location is perfect, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and ABC stores of course! Special mention to the Halekulani Bakery downstairs! I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and great location

As a family of 3 with a 10 year old we had a lovely stay. The staff was very kind.

The Halepuna was the perfect hotel for our stay. The rooms were modern, very clean and well appointed. The ocean view was nice. The location of the hotel was convenient. Pool was very well staffed and relaxing. All of the staff that I came in contact with were very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Honolulu in the future. Also loved the bakery right next door. Only complaint (which is no fault in the hotel) was the trucks unloading next door at all hours when the day/night and the constant beeping.

Everything was great.

The hotel was beautiful, modern, and very clean. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Waikiki Beach, shops, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated that there was no resort fee. The room was comfortable, and the pool area was relaxing with great views. The room was a little small, and parking was expensive, but these were minor issues compared to the overall experience
