Best place to stay when traveling with a large family group. There's something for everyone and every day was an adventure. The kids lived the slides, the sandy beach and catamaran adventures. The grown ups loved the convenient restaurant, shops and beautiful sites at every turn. We'll be back for sure

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had, especially as a family traveling with a wheelchair user. We reserved two rooms, including a guaranteed wheelchair-accessible room with a roll-in shower. At check-in, we were informed that no ADA-accessible rooms were available. This should never happen when a confirmed accessible reservation has been made, and it caused significant hardship during our stay. The hotel appeared to be severely understaffed. Nearly every service involved long lines and extended wait times. The elevators were not working properly, making it difficult to get around the property. We also paid $43 per person for breakfast on the 30th floor. The food quality was disappointing for the price, and the breakfast area itself was not wheelchair accessible, which was extremely frustrating. For a hotel that promotes itself as a premier destination, the lack of accessibility, poor customer service, and operational issues were unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel, especially to families or travelers with disabilities.

I booked two rooms with king size beds, but was given two rooms with 2 double beds in each room. Just what I hoped for, a trip to Hawaii where my wife and I have to sleeo on a double bed together or sleep separately! The same for my Son and his girlfriend in the other room.

For a first time stay in Hawaii, the Sheraton Beach resort was excellent choice. The property was well kept and our room looked updated with no issues. Stunning ocean views throughout the resort and we were right in the middle of all the Waikīkī beach action.

This is the only hotel my family will ever stay at when vacationing in Honolulu.

I booked for the Infiniti pool and it did not disappoint!! Great ocean view room of diamond head!! I'd totally recommend and would definitely stay again!

I loved my stay. The view was spectacular, the staff were accommodating and the room was comfortable and well equipped. The easy access and close proximity to the beach was fantastic. We were there with a big group for my daughter’s wedding and couldn’t have picked a better place.

My only complaint is the chairs at the pool. It looks like roughly 30-40% of the pool chairs are only occupied by towels, it would be nice to have it monitored, dealt with that and unused chairs could be freed up. I know that's tricky but anything may help.

This is a very large, very crowded property. The three things it has going for it are: its location right on the beach, it is well-maintained and clean, there are lots of shopping and restaurant ops within walking distance. The crowds and the noise were overwhelming: the check-in line ant the time of our arrival was a block long, there were crowds everywhere, they have a bank of 10 elevators, and all of them were usually full and stopped on every floor, there was screaming in the hallways, on one occasion at 5:30 am. Our room had a spectacular view and it was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was sufficient, but the pressure in the shower was low; however, I appreciated the fact that I had a separate mirror, away from the one by the sink, making our morning preps far faster and smoother. I missed the hotel robe - had I known that there were none provided, I would have brought my own. The bedside light on my side of the bed was broken when we arrived, but it was fixed as soon as I notified the front desk.
