Waikiki Heritage Hotel

The location is amazing, you‘re so close to the beach and to all the shops and restaurants. The room was clean and very spacious. I asked for a specific room and got to stay in that room :) It‘s quite loud (mostly the AC-units), so earplugs are absolutely necessary!

The hotel from hell. The staff at this hotel showed no interest in service whatsoever. A guest seemed only to be annoyance to them. The room was dirty and the maid seemed to have no knowledge of cleanliness. Compared to this place the tv comedy hotel Falwty Towers almost seems decent. It doesent even deserve being called a hotel. Over crossed star. These people shouldn’t be in the hospitality business at all.

The hotel is in a great place! Easy to walk all over Waikiki and an uber pickup stop! THE WINDOWS DO NOT HAVE GLASS! They are just shutters over a screen… you can hear everything and it doesn’t stay cool in the rooms. I know this is an older hotel and that’s what it used to be like, but don’t expect it. That was one only complaint, besides that it was a nice stay for the price.

Great location Lots of small roaches in the hotel room. A simple monthly pest control would definitely help. Parking is $50 a night. Limited parking and stalls are extremely small. Staff were great and very friendly.

Filthy , ants , no parking less than a mile away that charges 50-100$ per night after was told was garage parking , no housekeeping unless you pay 50$ per clean , no seals around doors so insects were in room , just a miserable time and stay

Very clean, convenient, professional, and great place to stay. Faucet leaks, toilet needs to be reset as it moves.

I liked how close it was to several stores and the beach There were ants everywhere. It got in my daughter’s formula and her clothes. I complained several times and the most they did was spray the area. They didn’t comp anything or offer any extra services. Their excuse was that it was a “garden” hotel, but that shouldn’t mean ants are able to get in our items or our beds.

This was our second time staying here. We love the convenience to Waikīkī beach. Just wish parking was available as people who tend to rent a car to tour the island.
