The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The property location is ideal to walking to a lot of restaurants, bars and the beach, so that was perfect. The rooms appeared to be clean but a little outdated.
-
We didn’t feel safe staying, so we had to scramble and find another hotel last minute. Thankfully we found a good one nearby, but it added a lot of unnecessary stress. Don’t book here just because it’s cheap — it’s not worth

Todo bien, lo único que no creo conveniente es el cobro por parking
-
I love the idea that it was walking distance to everything really beach shopping stores the beds were comfortable

Vintage property nestled on a quiet side street in Waikiki. Minutes away from the fun of Waikiki shopping and dining. You don’t need a car to get around the area. Kind staff and clean rooms. Totally recommend this for a basic stay.

Located at a great spot
-
For the price and location it is an outstanding deal!
-
If you’re looking for something simple this is the spot! It’s located in the middle of everything you’ll need! The front desk was kind and she was helpful. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place I came down on a family emergency and I’m glad I found this place! Thank you

Location was good, weather was not.pretty pool area, enjoyed pool Cold water for shower ,TV wouldn't work(got help twice but didnt work after they left)
-
Please include a microwave in the rooms they only had the microwave outside in the lobby area. And they would lock it back up after the morning when the coffee was out or by the time they closed the office at 10:00pm. It was disappointing not having it to heat up my food.

Waikiki Heritage Hotel leans into a kind of quiet nostalgia that feels increasingly rare in a neighborhood full of polished towers. You’re right in the middle of everything—beach, late-night food, live music—but stepping back onto the property, things slow down just enough. The rooms aren’t flashy, and you’ll notice the age in places, but they’re tidy, comfortable, and carry a certain lived-in charm. The property shows its wear - the room did feel dated, with older furnishings. Amenities are minimal compared to larger hotels - no resort-style extras, limited on-site facilities, and fewer modern touches. In short, if you go in expecting a budget-friendly, no-frills stay with character, you'll be fine.

Room smelled.

The location was nice. The big problem was the cockroaches. The room was not cleaned or the towels were not changed. We asked for them to be changed.
-
Rooms are clean but it’s older and thus dated.. Staff were efficient. It was hot when we were in our second floor unit and the AC barely kept up. The pool looked iffy as it was green but we were told it was just the color of the liner. Morning coffee was appreciated. We booked it for location which was excellent and for value….which we received.

Of the location is unbeatable
