This hotel is very old! Old carpets, musty smell, low ceilings, AC wall unit that works at 50% capacity. The lobby, elevators and hallways are not air conditioned. I would not recommend this.

Staff was lovely. Property and rooms are dated.

There is no restaurant or even grab and go for snacks or water. The pool was tiny and the area around it kinda run down and no sun. Street noise was very loud most of the night. Wasn’t super clean. Paint was chipping and was patched. I wouldn’t stay again.

Great location

Decent size/view for the price Valet parking was pricey, and they did not even park the cars in the underground parking garage. No matter when our car was dropped off, it was parked in front of the gate to the parking garage, next to the street, or in the driveway. The hotel is definitely dated. This hotel should not be charging resort fees. It covers towels for the beach and popcorn/coffee. It's not equal value to the daily charge, and the popcorn is at select times, so we were not able to get it at all. We had a booking discount which gave us a cheaper price, but we would not stay here again.

Nice and clean

The location was wonderful and the Mountain View was unbeatable. Some part of the hotel room looked old and the lamp had mold on it.

Overall this place was great. As a solo traveller who didn't spend a lot of time in their room, it was a great option! The location is very easy to navigate and great if you want to explore beyond Waikiki. The property isn't "fancy" like other spots nearby, but more than worth it for a quick getaway!

Parking, terrible, valet, way over priced. 40 bucks a day. Airport doesn't charge that much. Bathroom door, pocket door, I hurt a finger closing it. Water faucet kitchen, no arioator, water splash everywhere. Balcony floor, sticky. No coffee maker, no toaster, hot plate, poor kitchette. Toilet seat tiny, small, uncomfortable. Otherwise all was good.

The property is ideal for simple stays in Waikiki. You aren’t getting a resort but you have nice rooms, I had a mountain view which was beautiful, you have a staff that will help with any issues you have and its conveniently located for only a short walk to Waikiki beach if that’s where you want to go. The AC works great and sitting on the lanai once the sun is past is relaxing. I’ve been here probably 5 times and never had a complaint. There is also filtered water in the lobby and a nice popcorn treat every early evening.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The room was clean and it also had a kitchenette which was super convenient. Our family of three had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the balcony. The hotel is centrally located and a short walk from Waikiki beach. The amenities were great. We really enjoyed the complimentary wine that came from a local vineyard as well as the popcorn provided in the lobby. Wonderful stay.

The air conditioner is pretty loud but bathrooms were clean. The janitor did not do a good job of cleaning the bed sheets.

Staff and service were fine . Room was comfortable. Only issue was excessive street noise made sleeping difficult.

Alway had very good coffee ready Popcorn for the guests

Spotless and comfortable rooms. Most employees were helpful and friendly. On checkin their software had billed me through Booking.com and Expedia for a total of 4 rooms. I had only booked 2 rooms through Booking.com. Confirmation came through Booking.com. In addition Expedia’s confirmation number and booking did not show up in my Expedia account. Totally bogus. I am checking out today and anticipate a fight when the hotel tries to charge me for 4 rooms instead of only the 2 reserved through Booking.com.

Our room was upgraded to a mountain view and it was beautiful and the room itself is simple but neat. Only problem is that the bathroom curtains doesn’t cover the entire tub because the pole that’s used to hang it is curved down. So everytime we showered there would always be water on the bathroom floor because it’s not full coverage. But overall the room is nice.

I’d recommend! Very attentive staff (: 10/10
