Convenient location. Friendly staff. Hotel could use an upgrade but it was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was great for the price we pay. In addition to basic amenities, the hotel also provided free beach towels per person. Although we had some issues such as AC broke and TV internet going down, we informed staff and they solved the issue within the day. Bed was super comfortable and shower works great! Area is within walking distance and because it isn't in the heart, it was quieter making it easier to sleep. Would 100% return!

simple inexpensive hotel when all you need is a room. We came from Maui and stayed one night and it was perfect for us. nice fridge microwave and sink area in granite. lobby coffee was gnarly and don't even think about the poool. It is a walk to anywhere though. at least 4 blocks. valet parking if you have a rental car or be careful getting picked up on Ala wai with all the crazy traffic.

for one night it was good,,,the air conditioner on full felt like it was on one...that's my only complaint

We had a very nice stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, close to everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. We enjoyed our time here and would be happy to stay again. Thank you!

The room was clean good size had a spare bedroom and we got the larger suite which is awesome thank you so much The microwave didn't work some of the room doors are a little bit weird to open up and close the beds could have had new mattresses which I would have appreciated the pool could have been warmer and the basement didn't have an elevator which is where the laundry room is located at

This a really nice small hotel with a boutique feel and a cool reception area, situated on the canal and minutes away from the best shopping and eating experiences in Waikiki. I much prefer it over the craziness (and eye-watering expense) of the larger resorts in the area. The staff are excellent and rooms are very comfortable, although some upgrading/redecorating will be necessary soon. It's worth it to book a mountain view room or a suite for views from the lanai of the Ala Wai canal and hills.

everything was great, except the sliding door to the balcony tended to stick, and the mattress was very firm and you could feel the springs

The overall stay was excellent. I have zero complaints and I've had a room on just about every floor to date. My favorite place to stay in Waikiki.

Very nice Clean room air-conditioning was nice and cold. Complementary bottle of wine was very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Thanks again.!!
