The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach

Nice hotel. Booked 3 rooms. Unfortunately for a beautiful hotel. One room experienced bed bugs. I was embarrassed my guests were covered with bites. For $7000 per room. They changed rooms but I not compensated for any of our inconvenience.

Clean, friendly people, good location, away from waikiki busy areas but close enough to go to beach.

The facilities are well maintained and complete, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the common areas were beautiful. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated the overall atmosphere, quality of service, and convenience of the property. It is an excellent choice for both family vacations and relaxing getaways. We would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Hawaii and highly recommend it to others.

Myself and fiance went to Hawaii to celebrate her birthday wewere very disappointed based on our experience at the this hotel. It was not clean from the moment we walked in I noticed the room had a very stale smell to it. There were areas of the room that were dusty and appeared as if the room had not been used in a long time. We came back from dinner and as I got into the shower I noticed there was hair in the shower from the previous guests. Then as we pulled the covers back to get into bed I noticed two small stains and then as I pulled it all the way back I saw a big red stain. I called housekeeping and they came and changed the sheets. The next day we noticed a red stain on the headboard it appeared to be old blood. We had greater expectations for the Ritz Carlton not only because of the name but the big price tag that came with it. Management did nothing we definitely won’t be back.

It is simply the best hotel and staff on the island of Oahu.

The staff and amenities were excellent !

The property was modern great location close to everything but the pools were small the adult pool almost never had seats since it is so small the service at the family pool was really poor the housekeeping staff also was not great for a ritz property the worst was a he mattress hard as a rock we called to have a topper put on and they brought a mattress pad instead worst back ache ever not the quality of a ritz property with these nightly fees

Beautiful well designed property with good restaurants and great service Location is far from the beach and in a neighborhood that is not fully safe or desirable.

The staff was incredibly kind and the location was good. I also enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant. Easy access to the beach and other areas.
