Hotel La Croix

Even though our stay was short the hotel overall was amazing!! The staff was pleasant and our room was more than what we expected!! We would recommend this hotel to all of our family members and friends!!

Great for the price, helpful staff. Not a five hotel star, but worth staying if you are looking for more affordable hotel near the waikiki beach.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Overall, I enjoy staying here, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, during this stay, I found what appeared to be termites in my room, along with many discarded wings on the floor. I reported the issue immediately, but waited over an hour before receiving assistance and had to follow up myself before a room change was arranged. I appreciate that the hotel eventually moved me to another room, but I hope they can improve their response time and inspect rooms more carefully. I would still consider staying here again if these issues are addressed.

All the staff was very polite. And its a great deal for you to stay.Very clean and good for travelers to go around Waikiki very accessible for the bus...thank you!

Ngay cuối con phố đi bộ đêm nên tối có chuyện làm đi tới lui cũng vui. Đậu xe nhân viên khá thái độ. Mình không biết nên đưa tip mỗi khi lấy xe ra vô hay 1 lần lúc checkout nhưng mà đã tốn $55/ ngày để đậu rồi mà thái độ cọc cằn gọi trước lấy xe không bao giờ được xuống tới nơi toàn phải đi kiếm hoặc nhờ lễ tân gọi.

A huge standout was the incredible service. The staff at both the pool and the breakfast restaurant were exceptionally nice, attentive, and welcoming every single day. The location it’s incredibly convenient and well-located for getting around, 7 min walk to the beach.

Great place to stay for the price. I stayed on the 5th floor which do not have balcony’s but was nice where I was facing. Rooms are outdated, TV was hard to use, no phones in room to call the front desk. Also - certain sound can be clearly heard from other rooms. But, if you’re there to enjoy the island as I did, easy things to overlook. Lastly, the sauna was a great time!

Clean room and staff are friendly

We had the best time the staff was great. I always live has a text message and make sure that we were taken care of every night. We were there. We will always book with you. We absolutely loved it. Property is very clean. Convenient to everywhere we need to go the best time thank you so much. Staff is absolutely phenomenal.

The staff were overall nice but it was a bit off putting that while I was waiting about 50 mins longer than the quoted early check in time (an additional cost that I was ok with) I also overheard another customer complain…. So early check in was slowly becoming not so early even after paying the fee and then to see another customer complain was yeah, a bit off putting. The bath towels were stained and the only one that wasn’t stained had holes. The bathroom also smelled of urine but realized later that it may have been their sewage system because other parts of the city has that same urine smell. I also saw a couple of bugs that I normally wouldn’t see at other hotels, but hey at least they weren’t as scary as one could over dramatize. Most likely I won’t be staying here again.

I stayed on the penthouse level and honestly this is the selling point of this hotel for me. The view is awesome.

Room was okay- had a slight stitch. Guest services truly make you wait until 3:pm exactly (even if room is ready). I was also first to arrive and wait for a room. And after 7 guest ; I was last to receive a welcome juice and towel.
