Amazing location and well connected. The beach is nearby and its lovely. We booked the breakfast at the hotel as we didn't prebook it and it was the best decision . The staff was polite and helpful,this made our stay easier. Also we had amazing city view from our room. A bit of refurbishment I think is needed especially in the bathroom. Also the door to our room needed extra push to open/close.

Very friendly, one of the ladies at the front desk upgraded our room for us for our honeymoon! Ralph assisted us with our bags and was so pleasantly friendly everytime we encountered him! The first room we had didn’t have a full size mirror in it, just a small bathroom one so it made getting ready difficult. Our second room had one though!

The location very convenient. It was close to shopping, restaurants, the beach and even a drugstore. We were very disappointed about the breakfast buffet. The Terrace was a very small room with a nice panoramic window but at one point people had to seat on a sofa to eat breakfast. Also the selection of food was very limited. They didn’t even have bananas.

It was well maintained, room was spacious and cleaning services ie staff was great. the laundry facilities could be better (in a tight fit enclosed space and dryer wasn’t working my time there. No accountability regarding the refund process so I had to wear the cost, so that needs improvement).

Great spot walking distance to everything!!! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Parking is only valet but it’s not the property’s fault

We arrived and got one room that was used by one member of the family without expectations, but me and my 4 year old grandchild and one of my daughters got 3 different rooms due to sewage smell, leaking water from fridge, oxide and dirty taps, the douche tap broken, the upper sheet stained with blood?, and got cursed because my daughter asked for water. I did asked and I demanded at least my money prepaid to Booking com but the manager Quentin answers were that I paid to Booking Com and they should return my money so I can move to another hotel. Booking com did nto take care of my complains and I keep photos of the rooms and rotten furniture in room 715-the 3rd and last change. Staff were great. Bed was comfortable. The AC in the room wasn't cold, so the room was warm.The shower had a window with a shade pulled down on the other side which was the closet on the opposite side, but you could still see thru the shade into the shower!
