Location Breakfast could be better and varied

Nice and clean room The people next to me were a bunch of teenager. They were loud and kept slamming g the door. The guard told them to stop which they did but then they kept going in and out the entire night, so I couldn’t really rest well

The room service did not come to clean our room once even when we asked the front desk. Power was out and got stuck in the elevator.

It’s not the Sheraton, but it’s affordable for Waikīkī, has a very good (and crowded) included breakfast, a decent gym and a small pool. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

We loved our 44th floor room with a partial ocean view and are grateful to have had this opportunity.

Staff was amazing everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Rooms were unusually small and there was no amenities basically. No coffee or tea station to use throughout day and the breakfast was terrible. No gym either. What hotel doesn’t have a gym? Laundry was $5.75 per load to wash and $5.25 to dry. Over $10 for one load. Ridiculous

Good breakfast and helpful staff

The hotel was in close proximity to a lot of food and restaurant options. Very close to the beach on the last day. We were without power around 8 AM due to the effects of hurricane Lala. It was our travel day so we were heading to the airport so we did not mind. I highly recommend this hotel. I would stay here again.

Due to the tropical storm, it's difficult to give a fair assessment for this hotel. The front desk staff did make amends for the inconvenience on my final bill.

The game room was not in service. Breakfast was delicious!

The hotel was okay overall, but definitely nothing fancy. The staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful whenever we needed them, which was one of the better parts of the stay. However, there were several things that were disappointing. At check-in, we were charged a $295 “deposit,” but only $100 was refunded, which was unexpected and not clearly explained. We also stayed during storm week, and the backup generator wasn’t sufficient. Our room became very hot, and at times we had to take the stairs. If you’re staying on the 30th floor or higher, good luck with your legs! Daily housekeeping also comes at an additional $39+ tax, which can get expensive. Breakfast was decent, but you need to schedule your timing because it gets busy. The elevators were also frequently packed, making it difficult to get around during peak times. Overall, the staff was great, but the unexpected fees, extra housekeeping charges, crowded elevators, and backup-power issues took away from the experience. I’d recommend knowing about these additional costs and potential inconveniences before booking.

You get what you pay for. It’s not super luxurious but is not a dump either. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will use again.
