Holiday Inn Express Waikiki by IHG

Rooms are very small. Towels do not smell good. Walking distance to everything. It enough parking for everyone who stays so parking is an issue and it cost $50 a night when you do find a spot.

One of the few hotels that include a breakfast buffet. Most items were substitutes for the real food, such as eggs and bacon.

Carpet seems to be old and closet door is hard to open. No toothpaste available unless you have to ask. Our room is small equipped with 2 queen beds and hard to maneuver over all. Staff at the counter is friendly and helpful Breakfast is on point and good selection of food - we enjoyed this part! Not enough parking space for guests like me and we have to park outside if we are lucky enough to get a space which I believe it's a bit unsafe for the family.

Staff were great. Not a high end resort, but that's not what we were looking for. Easy to get around and short walk to beach and tons of other stuff. Room was very clean, desk staff very friendly.

Well located property even little off the hot spot. Has nice staffs and manager who try to help out.

The location and breakfast amenities they offered was the main reason we chose this place and it did not disappoint. The food options were great and versatile enough to change it up in our own way each day. The shops were nearby and beach was walking distance. Although parking was offered we did find that we had to cut some of our days short in order to return and ensure we secured a spot as there were some days we had to find parking elsewhere. Overall I’d stay here again!

The location was good.Parking is awful gets filled up quick and had to park somewhere else. Stuffy in the lobby until you get to the room. Good customer service. Breakfast was a plus. At times elevator takes a bit to get down.

The food was great , the customer service , and the location was perfect for our family of four . I would definitely book with them again .

Place was great for first our time in Hawaii. Hotel nice and close to everything. Bring comfortable shoes because Shopping, park, and beach walking distance. Dinner cruise pick up was across the street from hotel. Great time, great place!

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express was excellent. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast and staff provided exceptional service.

Excellent breakfast!!!!!!! The cleaning service is the best …..the front desk lady named Kali is very nice and sweet…. I landed after a long flight and she checked if any rooms were available and helped check us in early. She was overall very accommodating and im grateful for her help and everyone else who made our stay so good!

The property is in a wonderful location that is close to everything. The staff was so friendly and helpful!

Not enough parking lots in the hotel. Stay in this hotel but have to park another hotel, that is the problem

All of the staff was amazing, Reese that works at the front desk was amazing. Very friendly and very professional. The rooms are very small & the parking is horrible. Overall the experience was good.
