Beware that the price does not include the resort fees and other fees. There is also very limited parking and most of it is for compact cars and you have to pay for parking. Also parking is first c9me first serve and if you leave there is no guarantee you will find a spot when you retun. The room we had was tiny, but it was fine since we didn't spend much time in the room. The room had an old window ac unit that ran non-stop. On the plus side the noise from the ac blocked out all oyher noises. Breakfast was excellent, the lines could be long, but they moved quickly. There was limited seating. The pool was small, but the hot tub was nice. The concierge was mostly someone trying to sell time shares, so unless you want sit through a 2 hours for a discounted adventure, then I would pass. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Really nice hotel wouldn’t stay there again

Staff was cooperative and had good behavior. The shower didn't have hot water. The room was stinky. Towels were dirty.

Hotel is old and out dated. Bathroom had mildew in the shower so that was gross. Window leaked during the rain. Elevator broke while we were staying on the 43 floor so we had to take the stairs. Parking is an absolute disaster. You pay $50 a day for parking but you aren’t guaranteed a spot. If there are no spots available they remove the charge but you still have to go find parking elsewhere. We always had to go park at a hotel 4 blocks away and uber to the hotel. Then the staff working the parking garage would put a sign up saying “no more spots” because they were saving spots for people. We would ask management if we could verify there were no spots, every single time we found parking. But parking is an absolute disaster so expect that. The hotel room is extremely small. The actual hotel staff were lovely tho. They were helpful and gave me compensation for my issues. House keeping kept up with our room. I just couldn’t get over the dirty shower and sometimes some of the towels had stains. Also, the latch for the door didn’t work. I had to put my suitcase up against the door so no one could enter my room.

We were disappointed with the parking. Have a hard time finding the spot and it was very expensive. We liked that the hotel give free breakfast.

We had a very enjoyable stay! We rented 2 rooms for our family, and both were in excellent condition. The rooms were a bit on the smaller side, but the views made up for it! Housekeeping did a great job and and we had a pleasant checkin and check out experience. The location was close to everything we needed, and it was a huge plus having breakfast included at the hotel. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Everything was great except the temperature that is kept in the breakfast area the A/C is to low and the food is cold before you sit down to eat. Also the shower pressure is low and takes 10 minutes waiting for warm water to come out of the shower 🚿.

Everything is clean, staff is courteous, breakfast is great. The rooms and bathrooms are small but if you’re not planning on staying in your room most of the time, then it’s fine. Parking is not free so if you’re renting a car, be prepared to pay $50 per day at the hotel or try to find metered or free street parking.

You cannot reserve parking. If you leave and come back, there may not be a parking place for you.. They sell more parking spots than they have.

The Holiday Inn’s location allows easy access to all of Waikiki. The staff is outstanding and the hotel is beautifully maintained. The room we had was spacious, well equipped and clean. The free breakfast buffet was an added benefit.

Our one night stay was not the typical because there was a tropical storm that came through the islands therefore the property lost power and never regained electricity-air conditioning or hot water during our stay. There was one elevator working and we were on the 42nd floor.
