staff is 5 stars attentive, from housekeeping, to front desk

Everything was great during our stay. We stayed for a week and from the moment to arrival the staff was friendly and welcoming. We were taken care of during our stay and we appreciated it. Highly recommend this hotel. It is clean, comfortable, friendly, and conveniently located to a lot of things in Waikiki.

I recommend for visiting right in the heart of Waikīkī. Food truck right across and the beach is 5 min walk and u can watch fireworks by beach every Friday.

Good location. Nice pool area and lobby. Room was a good size for 5 adults. The description of our room included a well appointed kitchen including a stove top. This was not the case. Only a microwave for cooking. Disappointing as we were relying on being able to cook in the room.

Before our arrival, we received what appeared to be a phishing message pretending to be from the hotel. When I contacted the hotel to report it and seek reassurance, the response felt dismissive rather than reassuring. During our stay, we also asked whether the hotel could store one bag for three nights between two reservations. The request was refused, despite us returning as guests just a few days later. While I understand that every hotel has its own policies, this was disappointing for a hotel of this category. Overall, while the room itself met our expectations, the level of customer service did not. We were disappointed enough to cancel and choose another hotel for our second stay in Waikiki.

Good location but not great Old Does not work with outside booking vendors well. No cancellation No food in hotel was a problem

No resort fee. Nice pool area. Spacious room. Nice balcony. Despite my complaints below I would stay here again if I came to Honolulu for medical care. No resort charge. No expensive breakfast barfee. Coffee maker was a classic. Nice to look at but didn't work. They brought a new one two hours later. Very small tub with slow water. No razor or toothpaste. No lids for coffee in lobby. Tough on people with canes. Valet did not offer to help with bags.

Great location, great amenities, wonderful staff and a big clean room! N/A

Room was clean and tidy. The Japanese restaurant is excellent. 15 min walk to Waikiki beach The room was clean but the hallway leading up to the room wasn't

I’m a local and I love this old Hawaiian vibe. It really reminded me of how Hawaiian suites used to be and feel. The staff was nice, valet parking was very nice! What we love most was the 12pm check out. It allowed us to sleep in, which we needed!

Clean, close to all things Waikiki, and very helpful/friendly. Beds are ah little on the hard side.

Staff are nice and friendly

Kitchen was fully stocked. Enjoyed quiet and excellent room.

It was close to everything since there was not many food options The kitchen wasn’t equipped to cook a meal. Only one sauce pan and one small frying pan.

1. Absolutely no maid service of any kind unless you’re staying five nights!! we were told this after our second day & we would never had stayed there at all had we known this prior to checking in! 2. They gave us a nice view of a major construction site that started at 7 AM every morning plus roosters, but I think the whole island has roosters. 3. $50 valet and other than that there’s virtually no parking. We were directed to free parking by one of the valet and we got a $70 ticket. So it’s virtually no parking in sketchy neighborhoods or you have to pay $50 a day to the valet in addition to your astronomical room charge. Looks like back in the day. They were a great hotel and probably will be again in the future, but they’re in a transition right now 2026

It would be better if at you atleast provide service every other day. Other than that all the staff were great and helpful
