Club Wyndham Royal Garden at Waikiki

The concierge, Rico , was very accommodating and helpful. He made us feel welcomed. The only downside was I felt a as though once you bought into ownership (timeshare) the other one made us feel as though we were not as important as the new check ins that they tried to get in the presentation. Which I understand to a POINT just made to feel as a burden AB’s no longer has TIME for questions Also I had unfortunately broke my arm right before we left to the airport and when I approached the desk to check out and stated that my arm had broken, it felt like the only thing the manager was concerned about his whether or not I had broken up on their property. Once they realized they had not occurred on their property… it was back to business as usual no sympathy no emptathy not even offer a Band-Aid or ice.

I really enjoyed the zen garden. The hotel smelled very nice. The location was great.

I had a great stay here. The staff was wonderful and I had a clean, spacious room with ice cold ac.

Friendly and welcoming helpful staff. AC was amazinggg! the laundry room definitely was an awesome amenity. no housekeeping which was okay, the staff were very nice and brought up towels and new bedding when we asked. will definitely book again.

The room was clean, although it had a funky smell to me, especially when the air was turned off, the smell was better with the air on in the room. This is a do it yourself place, get anything you need replenished from the front desk and take out your trash yourself. Overall it was ok, definitely not terrible but I’d definitely go for something more high end next time. This is doable if you’re on a budget. The staff was friendly and it was free to use the washing machines, they also provide bargain laundry detergent if needed.

It was ok for what i pay for, my only complain was the wifi and that they will ask you to go for free guft and is the timeshare catch

Staff are wonderful, respectful and accommodating. Room is clean, however bathroom needs more attention.

Clean room, large TV, and friendly staff. Close to freeway.

We didn’t stay in the room that much but only for time to sleep. Out all day and every day. Didn’t use any amenities. Very convenient to get to restaurants and shops.

We arrived a little earlier than our check-in time, but were still able to check-in. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming to us and made our stay even better! The room was comfortable and had a nice view of the city.

Super relaxed and laid back property. Location was close enough to be walkable to all the craze in Waikiki, but far enough to be quiet and comfortable. Super straightforward and clean. Staff was super sweet and helpful. Would stay here again.

Very good experience

Water leak from the bathroom ceiling x 2 days. Fire alarm went off all morning on Sunday. Front desk agents and valet were amazing. Concierge was too demanding after traveling all day, Didn’t appreciate that they made a comment telling me to go on the tour without my fiancé because she wasn’t feeling well. I get they need to make a commission but time and place.

Clean room, private, close to everything, friendly staff, ac, great view and balcony.

The view from our balcony was awesome. Staff was attentive and helpful, A/C worked great, pool was nice and appeared to be slightly heated. There was a sauna near the pool, the gym was good just a bit on the smaller size. Felt full with 4 people in the room. Housekeeping does not come in daily, a call to the front desk is required if you need anything. Only street parking (minimal) or valet available for $50/night. Our only complaint was the surprise timeshare meeting which they referred to as “open house”. We were told we could get $100 off parking for attending and that we wouldn’t be pressured to purchase anything but we definitely were. They were nice until we denied the offer and then we were met with sarcasm and rudeness. We had to repeatedly tell them no in order to be dismissed.

Place is clean, easily accessible to places to see and do in waikiki. Enjoyed our stay there.
