Place is clean, easily accessible to places to see and do in waikiki. Enjoyed our stay there.

The best place in Hawaii, this is my 5th hotel stay, first time here it was awesome

Property was in an amazing location! Staff was nice and helpful. Hotel was clean and beautiful views. Just beware of the timeshare presentation it is not 90 minutes they keep you hostage. The person at the “tour” desk didn’t even explain what the meeting was about we got completely blindsided. It was explained as a 90 minute presentation to get discounts on tours. No, they had us there for 3 hours and that’s with me begging to leave from the very beginning. The discounted tours are not even discounted they tried to charge me $10 more than Sea Life Park to do a dolphin encounter. Just book directly and use Groupon.

The staff was friendly and a very clean space.

The room was very clean which was appreciated as we arrived before check in. They do not provide housekeeping during the stay but told us to feel free to ask for anything we needed like towels or toiletries. Air conditioning is top notch and worked wonderful during the day. Shower has great water pressure as well. Our room was relatively quiet which probably depends on the neighbors you have as ours were in the hallway constantly as a family so the walls felt thin during those parts. There was an echo where you could hear a lot of noise from the other surrounding hotel when people were outside as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. After check in you visit the activities desk where there is a soft pitch to join the hotel as a timeshare. we didn’t realize that upon booking but they aren’t pushy as some are. We didn’t look as closely to the map to its location thinking it is close to downtown or more central. It is slightly off from the main area which isn’t bad if you prefer less traffic and quiet. Slightly longer walk to restaurants and where most everything else is. Definitely would recommend here and stay again if we revisit

I wish the bathroom has a fan. It was bad not to have one

The room was very nice and simple. The bed was comfy and fridge was ok, it would be nice if it was more well balanced as it wobbled but other than than it was very useful. A full size fridge would have been ideal. I love the idea of a free 24/7 laundry room. The room could've used more storage space for clothes as there was only a desk with not many drawers and the closet was a little small. The location is excellent as many of the attractions, restaurants, stores, and the beach are within walking distance.

The staff was fantastic and the hotel has all the amenities for a week stay plus walking distance to the everything.

Room was clean and ready. AC worked great. Close to everything

Rooms are cold which was nice but didn't know it was controlled by a remote (thought it was the wall switch).

Rooms clean, well appointed; Enjoyed the little balcony even facing the city lights. Reasonably priced. Appreciated the utensils and dishes.

Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and professional staff who made the stay that much more enjoyable.

The valet were great!
