It was a pleasant stay on my week long vacation to Hawaii would definitely recommend!

Let me start my saying we stayed during hurricane lala which took the power out in many places on the island from street lights to hotels. Restaurants had no power so it was hard finding places to ea. Waffle and berry was unfazed which was a great turnout but had lines up the street. But back to this hotel. I stayed on the 16th floor and staff went door to door checking in to ask if there were any needs bringing towels, bottled water, and updates. I reserved through a third party and there are resort fees plus valet and tax which is pretty hefty. Valet greeted with smiles, opening doors for everyone plus brought the car fast so no long wait. Overall hotel is close to all of the activities, beaches, malls, and restaurants.

Amazin

I appreciate the uniqueness and smallness of it all. I loved how the hotel works with a company on the beach for free rentals for beach chairs and such. We also liked the balcony and the DJ at the pool. The service at the restaurant was terrible for breakfast. We felt like a nuisance. We walked out and walked far to a place to eat. It is unfortunate.

Cute boutique hotel. Good location. Walkable to almost everything
-
It’s great location everything around is walkable
-
Our room looked straight out to the side of a building & had air conditioning units on the balcony. The shower in the king room was the tiniest shower I’ve ever used. Definitely different than the pictures.

Fire alarm went off three times

Clean room, most of the staff are friendly, valet staff are very helpful. There is Concierge desk next to the reception, try to check with them about discounts for entertainment trips around the Island, they have good offers. The booking includes daily room service, free water bottles, bathroom slippers, and loofa upon request. No coffee machine or microwave in the room, there is only water pot heater, one microwave available for residents in the second floor.

Location was excellent. Room was clean. Bed too soft. Terrible shower pressure.
-
Only thing we didn’t like is sliding door to balcony , and door going into room didnt have any sort of seal to stop traffic noise from coming into the room. If you are a light sleeper this may be an issue if you like to sleep in .

Discontinued bike share
-
Front service rep. No microwave in the room. Aircon not working, kettle doesn't turn off automatically when boiling water, cleaner didn't clean on the 2nd day, restaurant server was rude.
-
Close to the Waikīkī and not far off from the budget line

There was nothing in particular about the property or staff but it was well maintained and staff friendly and it is recommended for those traveling on a budget and wanting to be in the general area of activities.

Traveling with little ones this was a horrible experience I’m glad everyone was safe and no fire existed that being said the hotel said sorry and kick rocks
