Staff was hard to get a hold of. AC and tv weren’t working but got fixed and hotel overcharged which was inconvenient to our vacation. Never got an apology for it too.

Conveniently located and adequately kept. Love this property lots and I will return again. Great for kids and I saw so many cute dogs in the lobby so it is an ideal fit for anyone traveling solo or with their pack. 10/10 woofs. Staff was so friendly and helpful big shout out to Scharee at concierge, what a star she is!!!

Definitely not what I was looking for my parents to stay in.

Room was clean and the bathroom entry was nice because it was on the other side of the room so it was quiet.

Room was lacking in basic accommodations that would have been found at a cheap Motel 6. Wifi was poor and inconsistent. No microwave. No couch or chair in the room. Bed was comfy nice size shower but poor water pressure with clogged shower head. Like I said could have had better accommodations at a cheaper hotel like the Motel 6. Room looked nothing like your pictures posted on your site.

Great spot! The complimentary beach chair and umbrella rental on Waikiki was awesome.

I loved the location. It is in walking distance to everything. I did not like that the room did not come with a microwave and it was extra to have one brought to the room. The one they have is on the second floor. The scenery from our room on the patio was breath taking on the 15th floor. Other than the microwave situation. This hotel was excellent.

Walking distance to shops and beach

Wonderful room! The beds were so comfy and it was very clean. It was nice having access to a bigger gym at a sister hotel too. The hotel had been recently updated but you can still tell it’s a bit dated with the popcorn ceilings. It’s a perfect location in Waikiki.
