Awesome Stay! Great Hotel

Great friendly staff! Rooms were nice and clean!

For a Hilton hotel, it was disappointing. The rooms are dark and carpet felt dirty. The bathroom counter is useless with no space for toiletry items. Need to go back and forth to get toiletry. When we ran out of shower gel and called for more, the front desk replied they had no timeline when more will come. Just disappointing experience at Hilton hotel. Felt more like a 3 star hotel.

The shower tile floor was very slippery. I slipped but did not fall. My husband slipped and fell from the raised shower and injured his knee at the onset of our trip. The shower is dangerously slippery.

The hotel was wonderful, very comfortable, and the staff was very accommodating.

The staff was great and very accommodating. This hotel is next to a building that is not well kept and looks like a brothel.

There was nothing unique about this hotel. The room smelled old, and the hotel itself needs updating. They also advertised having a washer and dryer, but we found out they don’t actually have them. This is false advertising. I won’t stay at this hotel again.

We got there late and had a tour early in the morning. Staff was so courtesy as we needed a place to store our luggage and to clean up and change before we caught our plane. It was a great location!

Clean room quiet breakfast

Check-in was slow at 11 PM, and no one was n line but us. We were tired and ready for bed, and didn’t have linens for the pullout. So, I had to go downstairs and schlep the bag upstairs…which only had a thin blanket so my daughter had to sleep in sweatshirt and pants. And the toilet clogged in the first use. After calling for a plunger, I took my shower last, and the tub wasn’t draining. After an ‘ok ’ breakfast, the line to get our car with the valet was a 20 minute wait. It’s painful to pay this much money and everything be ‘meh’.

I Wasnt Able To Check Into The Property Until 4 pm. Resturant Food Was Extremely Expensive For The Quality Of The Breakfast Menu.

Location Old feeling

Check in was pretty poor and the most unwelcoming I have ever had. Both my husband and adult daughter commented on the stone faced, unsmiling service by Kim. We truly felt like an imposition. Beds were very comfortable, pillows very flat. Even though we were on the 9th floor, there was lots of street noise from below, both from cars and people. It is situated on a main road. Went for a few drinks at the bar, the bar lady was smiling and friendly - maybe she should be at the check in counter?

Very good location but older hotel. The rooms themselves were good.

Need to renovate the hotel completely, I been here in this hotel couple times. And they never renovated 😥

The location was great close to the beach and close to the convention center The showers were hard to work at first
