I’ve stayed here five or six times and I love it. It gets a little bit noisy on one side where the club is but it’s not too bad. It’s a cozy place. that is just a few minutes from the beach and everything else. They have everything you need!

Some noise at late nights from clubs in area but a/c helped.

Great location but the property itself is desperately in need of renovation. If all you’re looking for is a bed in Waikiki behind a locked door for the daily rate plus amenity fee and the $250 security deposit. Other 4-5 star hotels have lower fees, better maintained rooms, and enviable amenities.

Also, I left one day and my door came back and my door was unlocked housekeeping left towels, but did not lock my door. I reported to the front desk still waiting for some type of compensation for someone leaving my. Door unlocked room unprotected however the night manager. was kind a young man I can’t remember his name The day manager was very un concerning and not very personal too rigid The hotel was nice except the One bedroom hotel rooms are very small too small for an expensive hotel. I had a hotel for half the price the room was much larger.

Honestly im not one to write reviews but this is one of the most uncomfortable places to stay you dont get a good view the bed is really uncomfortable and overall just sketchy. The parking says “free parking” yeah its free parking if you’re lucky to find a parking spot we drove around over an hour and finally found a meter but the most time you could put was 3 hours so you had to walk to the car and pay 3 dollars for 3 hours and keep on repeating that. Even if you found a spot along the water you would have to get up early and move it because of the street-sweeper. We only stayed a couple of hours because there are no windows there, and theres a lot of homeless nearby so that didn’t make it any better so we left. Then when we did leave the guy at the front desk was upset that we didn’t feel comfortable there and he said “Your choice” when we left in a upset tone of voice and he didn’t make the stay any better if not he made it worse. He was nice at first but until we wanted to leave he was upset. And the cleanliness was good until we saw a whole bunch of ants on our counter in the kitchen and in the bathroom as well so the cleanliness of the hotel is very questionable. Overall the stay was the worst stay I have ever been at and I don’t recommend this place at all I know its good for the budget but trust me this is not the kind of place you want to go to if anything find another hotel in a reasonable range just DONT COME HERE unless you want to feel uncomfortable all night.

Not disability friendly as their is no reliable close parking. Do not book if you need disability accessible place, they will not refund you even if you never check in for a 7 day stay, not even a partial refund.

The club was right next to the hotel but overall it was good We liked it because it was close to everything and food and close to the international market.

It’s right next to play bar so you hear the bass til 4 am. No earplugs offered they say to just complain and they’ll turn down the music. Cmon. The room I was in had a Murphy bed. Comfy enough. Hot water was kinda wonky but it was hot out so it wasn’t too bad. 3 nights never had a maid in there. Staff was nice enough. The guy was much more helpful. Didn’t use the cooking amenities but fridge was cold. Ac is good if you close the bathroom door but otherwise the air gets sucked out so bad. Figured that out the hard way the first night. WiFi worked well. Check out and check in were easy they were helpful and let me store my bag. Overall good for the money in Waikiki just trying to give helpful info.moped parking was sketchy I got a ticket locking to a pole out front. No parking offered.

Good price compared to the location but clearly an outdated building. They have made good use of the space, and it can be slightly cramped but it works if you’re doing a budget trip to Hawaii. A plus is the stocked kitchenette, you don’t need to eat out everyday and can heat up leftovers easily. It is an outdated building and the AC took a long long time to cool, but to be fair we were on the top floor during peak summer so it got quite heated.
