Waikiki Resort Hotel

I told them if we can extend atleast 1 hour cause something came up but didn't like they said busy, I understand that but only 1 hour so gonna be 12pm but i said the Check in is 3pm so they have time to get ready yet

The front desck was not friendly and profesional. Two girls in the front desk they were are rude bad actitud.

Room was clean. Breakfast was great! Love how close the beach was.

Great. only thing I didn’t like was how limited their parking was.

So this hotel is old! Location is ok a block from the beach. Spend a little more and stay somewhere better! It’s all people that are from out of country. The staff is nice but it’s old and small and you would do better at Hyatt, Hilton, and Sheraton! This is not for Americans that have different standards for travel. It is not more than a 2 star! Just being real it’s not! The staff were friendly, and it was base not worth 200/250 a night maybe 100. Just pay a little more!

Loved location Rooms was clean

Clean room when we wanted and staff asked before going in Breakfast was great We really enjoyed free lei making class, game room(pool table and arcade systems), and walking distance of beach

This was a perfect location loved our room and staff was great. The hotel needs some renovations. would recommend to all my friends.

Hotel building is outdated and old,rooms are also outdated , have basic amenities and clean and beds are very comfortable.

The hotel is an older building with wallpaper peeling off the walls from the room. Upon entering the room it gave off a mold scent. The location is great since it's a block away from the beach. Horrible experience with housekeeping staff. I found myself struggling to get towels since they were only allowed to give one per day. A smaller older lady that was in charge of housekeeping on our floor was extremely rude and would give you dirty looks not even providing a welcoming smile. However, I do appreciate how the front desk is very accommodating with my rental car in providing a parking spot overnight. Other than that, I would not return to this hotel. Dealing with horrible customer service with the housekeeping lady put a damper on my experience.

We arrived at nearly 1 am due to flight delays. We still got checked I quickly. Our room was clean and comfy. We were convenient to the beach and restaurants. I enjoyed the yoga. The breakfast buffet is filing, and we would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was located in a perfect spot near the beach and near a lot of local food shops I loved how the staff was friendly and welcoming room service was top, we got the breakfast buffet and the food was simple but really good! The view we had was beautiful I would def recommend staying here if you want to be by the beach and save money

The hallways carpet is dirty. Our bathroom need a new facelift. The only thing nice about this hotel is very close to the beach and mc donald.
