Me gustó mucho la accesibilidad a los lugares. El personal fue muy atento y servicial. El que tuviera la opción de desayunar en el mismo hotel. El que tuviera agua con filtro para poder llenar las botellas de agua y el que tuviera una tienda de snacks y souvenirs.

Room was clean, however, there were no microwaves in the room you had to go down to another floor to use the microwave. Breakfast was wonderful each and every day staff were friendly and helpful.

Great stay! Housekeeping did a great job cleaning our room and maintaining our space comfortable. The pool was great and breakfast was delicious definitely recommend this stay!

The property was clean and well maintained. There is only one small restaurant that serves breakfast only. So thats a bummer. The bell desk guy Leo was wonderful. He's the one who makes the hotel get these high ratings. Always polite and extremely helpful. The lack of restaurant is what might make me reconsider booking with them again.

Waikiki Resort hotel charges for their amenities. None of their amenities were appealing. The free breakfast they offered were terrible. And they charge $40 a day to park in the garage. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

The breakfast was excellent! The hotel is older but the location is phenomenal, only one block from Waikiki beach. The resort fees on top of the hotel cost seemed high without noticeable benefits.
