The hotel is not very new but nicely maintained.

Noise is pretty loud at night sense the building is outdated you can hear right through the walls plus there is hidden fees when you get there they charge you $500 for 5 nights for cleaning services etc parking also costs about $35 a night not really worth it to me

It was in a great location, just steps from the beach. It had everything you would need. The restaurant was great. The rental car facility in the resort was convenient. The staff was great and the housekeeping service was excellent and on top of things. It could be updated. Maybe some new carpet would really spruce the place up. There were a few spots in the shower that needed a bit of maintenance.

The cleaning lady was spot on . We had the same one all week and took care of all of our needs with a smile . The entire staff were all very friendly and professional. I would definitely choose Waikiki resort hotel for my next stay again.

It was in a perfect location, walking distance from anything on waikiki. We were super close to the ocean. Not even a 2 min walk and we were at the beach. It was our honeymoon and the hotel staff did leave a box of chocolates for us. There was a free activity every day we were there. The pool area was exceptionally clean. Which we did spend a lot of time at during our stay. The shower was pretty dirty. The shower looked like it had mold growing inside it.
