The lobby and entrance were absolutely beautiful and made a great first impression. The staff on the floors were wonderful, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We also had a fantastic time with the outside activities. Unfortunately, our room experience was disappointing. We booked and paid for two oceanfront rooms but only received one. The second room overlooked buildings instead of the ocean. We spoke with the manager, who told us they would try to move us to the correct room the following day, but that never happened. We were later told they were sorry and that the issue was due to bookings made through another party. The rooms themselves were just okay, and the bathrooms were very small. Considering how much we paid for an oceanfront stay, we expected a much better overall experience. Sadly, the accommodations did not meet our expectations.

Location was fantastic, loved the free chairs and umbrella amenity, Longboard club was excellent. We also loved the stretch class with Christine and tennis on the 9th floor! Excellent place, pool was awesome too.

Lots of good things, but the rooms were on the smaller side, and balcony was small but great amenities and the staff was great and diligent.

Overall, the hotel was fairly clean, but there were a few housekeeping details that could use a little more attention. The hallways could have been vacuumed more often, and the guest rooms would benefit from a more thorough cleaning. These weren’t major issues, but improving them would make a noticeable difference. One thing to keep in mind when booking is that the total cost doesn’t include the additional resort fee, valet parking, or the $10-per-day fee to use a microwave. It’s worth factoring those extra charges into your budget. Despite those minor concerns, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. With just a few housekeeping improvements, this hotel would provide an even more exceptional stay.

Beautiful hotel with a breathtaking view. Hands down the best hotel in Waikiki.

This a beautiful Hotel and very convenient. Close to everything, the beach, restaurants, food stores, etc. the only reason I gave it 4 stars is the bedrooms need some upgrades. The carpet is kind of dirty and the bathroom not really nice but other then that pretty good 👌

Very good!

Con: They have resort and parking fees. The self-parking garage can get full at night time, therefore, you either do valet for additional fees or find parking elsewhere. Self-parking is limited due to the hotel using 1 or 2 whole parking floors at the top to store their furniture and any junk you can think of. It looked scary especially at night time. For a 5-star hotel, it was an eyesore and dirty. Hard to reach guest service.

Property is great. Elevators suck at this resort. Ones always broke and a huge line of people waiting for an elevator.

Will stay again

Had an amazing stay

Great location, rooms clean, just across the Waikiki beach, like the hotel bar, great vibe and live music.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Great beach view!

Missing finishing touches: Beautiful hotel, great lobby BUT the only food is the tiny pool bar and the other Longboard spot is all pay-to-play very pricey, otherwise you need to leave grounds (granted lots of options around but it’s all touristy and not exactly how you want to have to forage for breakfast). The hotel is clean, except carpets were pretty bad. In rooms and in halls carpets feel very dirty and like they need a deep clean. The fitness centers two rooms are very good. No little amenities in the room, no shower caps or such. Missing some finishing touches. But very pretty hotel that feels expensive but not luxurious

Great location right across the beach, all needed amentities close by, fantastic pool (could definitely be slightly warmer would be my only complaint!) and staff always so friendly and helpful. Always clean and such a great stay, we will definitely be returning!

They have activities. The pool was very clean and maintained. Staff was very helpful always. Take advantage of the free beach gear included in the price. Close to everything. Great location.

photos are much better than reality, so a little bit disappointed, building interiors are old, but acceptable. I prefer Hilton Hotel Rainbow Tower much better, room is bigger and newly renovated.
