This is of course nice for the price you’re paying I don’t think it’s worth it. One of the main reasons I booked hotel was for the pool and there was about 10 kids in the pool splashing and screaming the entire time. One day there were even moms with babies in slings in the hot tub, soaking their feet while their toddlers splashed in the hot tub. The vibe was off and weird, and I even asked one of the attendants if they could ask the parents to control their kids and they did not help. The gym is nice, but overall the pool is the crown jewel and if it’s like my experience at all you should book somewhere else. Also I had a “partial ocean view” and it was definitely “partial” … and the room was clean but did not look like I was in a luxury hotel… it was kinda small and basic. Way too many people too… it was not a great stay.

Staff helpful Position wonderful Bathrooms a little tiny

The famous Waikiki Beach was straight out the back door! Everything was so close and within walking distance. The ocean front rooms were superb!! The staff were always so polite and couldn't have been more helpful. We couldn't be happier and hope to be back one day!

Beach view

The pool and the beach view was everything. I wish there were more dinner options available. The steakhouse on the property was temporarily closed.

Amenities were nice (especially the pool). Check in area was definitely 5 star worthy. Howevee, rooms desperately need an upgrade

Great bed and staff were very friendly and helpful

While we appreciate the complimentary breakfast and room credit offered as compensation, these gestures did not fully make up for the overall disappointing experience. We truly appreciate the kindness of the front desk staff, but unfortunately, the lengthy check-in process, room condition, and lack of basic amenities left us feeling dissatisfied with our stay. We expected a much higher level of service and comfort, and overall, the experience fell short of our expectations.

I booked a specific room type. They put us in back of building looking at rooftop/industrial roof element. Mountain was behind tv window blocked) could see part of ocean if leaving over balcony looking far left. Staff was rude and unfriendly. Checked out after one night out of 5.

Fantastic location, right across the road from the beach that is surrounded by the break wall. It's further down to a quieter area of Waikiki which is better for young families. Still just a short walk away from restaurants/bars/food. The included breakfast was a real win as well.

My stay was really good. They beds were super comfy and the view and walkability was amazing. The room was a little small for 4 adults but still fit us well. My biggest issue is with the bathroom. The sink had trouble draining and the light needed multiple try’s to turn on and sometimes just wouldn’t turn on.

Great location! Very nice property and very convenient. We walked everywhere. Spent a day on the beach. The hotel provided towels and easy drop off at the end of the day. Our room was comfortable with a nice view. We had breakfast and appetizers daily at the Longboard. Excellent staff. Fresh choices.
