Waikiki Circle Hotel By Castle

We paid for ocean view, and got partial view. When I went back to front desk, they pulled out a chart that showed my room was ocean view. I pulled out thier website where is clearly shows the rooms ocean view photo. They said that because of the holiday they could not offer me another room. Oh and there is a surprise amenities fee daily of $30 that was not inluded when i paid online. That's one. Now two, the bed is so close to the sliding door I have to climb across the bed to get off the bed. You cannot move the bed so I was stuck doing this all 4 days. Three, there was no room service until 4th day, which was our last night there. We had to keep drying our towels in the balcony. The pillows are absolutely flat. I understand this is not a 5 start hotel, but there is room for improvement. They do provide beach towels every time you need at the front desk which was a plus for us! Its also very convenient to have the restaurant eggs and things right here, but make a reservation early because they restaurant is very very busy everyday no matter what day. The absolutely biggest plus was it literally across from the beach. Just cross the street and you are there.

The pictures vs in person were completely different. The rooms look spacious but it’s like they put you in a corner. It’s so small. They have no pool, no gym, you have to pay for parking. The staff wasn’t ever clear about the price for parking, we got 4 different answers. The room was hardly cleaned during our stay. I don’t recommend it here.

The view!!! Splurge and book the ocean front it's worth it, staff was really friendly Rooms are a tad small, not a lot of space if you came with big suitcases and not a lot of drawer space incase you want to unpack BUT THE VIEW!!

The room is very clean, beach view is amazing air conditioning is running 24hrs none stop. Feel very nice to walk into the room after walking around the beach.

The water from the shower is very slow. Pls change the shower head make it strong.

Aside from the maids who cleaned my room and the valet men, the rest of the hotel staff sucked. They were rude and dismissive. I booked my stay 5 months in advance requesting rooms next door as I was bringing my children along with us for the trip. We were placed on separate floors and when I complained about wanting my kids near me the staff was rude in that u was asking them to move us around so I could monitor my kids. This used to be a nice hotel but the quality of service provided was poor
