Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort & Spa

Accommodations were perfect, spacious, clean. Staff was wonderful guiding us to local areas and giving directions. Breakfast was great with great staff and a big time window. Definitely would stay again.

Everyone was super nice, all of the amenities were amazing. Me and my husband loved the adult pool and hot tub and the bar made great drinks! Housekeeping were the sweetest in the worlds. Check in was easy and check out was even easier. This hotel is in a great location, it’s across the street from good restaurants, shopping, the beach, and only 2-3 blocks away from free street parking by the Zoo. 10/10. Oh and the bathroom was super nice.

We loved our stay here. We were helped on the phone in advance by Amy in the office. Yoko was very helpful and kind during our check-in process. The staff at the hotel were awesome! We loved our beach views from our two balcony room on the 24th floor. We highly recommend this hotel, and hopefully we can get back to Hawaii to stay here again. 10 of 10 for us!!

Our corner, junior suite was wonderful! We had 2 balconies and kept the doors open when we were there. Great view of the beach!

Beautiful, clean, modern with a great location. Staff were wonderful. Lydia, the concierge was amazing and really hooked us up0- great trips, well planned out excursions. Overall great experience. And the beds were amazingly comfortable!

The only issue during our stay was that the hot water went out one evening. After several unanswered calls to the front desk, I had to go downstairs to find out what was happening. When I asked about it, I was told, "Do you really need to take a shower now?" Considering it was 11:00 p.m. and I was staying at a hotel—not camping in a tent—I found that response disappointing and unprofessional. Aside from that experience, our stay was excellent, and I would still recommend this hotel for its location, amenities, and overall quality.
