Me and my finance loved this hotel for the price we had payed! The location was perfect and very close to the beach! Staff very polite and welcoming. Nice they offer beach towels and chairs that’s a big plus! We had an ocean view room and it was pretty! No complaints.
-
everything good. But the resort fee is little expensive. We didn’t use amenities at all.
-
got this hotel for a couple hours was so much better then the one we originally chose for a better price
-
The staff was welcoming but did not explain the amenities. The bathroom faucet fell as we turned the water on. No view. But very close to the beach. Less then half a block away.
-
Location, friendly staff, frozen drink in lobby and cold towel with juice on one day. Nothing really
-
Location, friendly staff, lavender for your pillow Minor but sadly frozen drink not available in the lobby on second stay.

It was very close to the beach NA

The location of this hotel was fantastic. A very short walk to the beach. Tons of stores and restaurants around. It looked like Bus access would have been pretty convenient, as well, but we ended up using Uber/Lyft for our travels. The check out time is nice and late, as well-- something I didn't think we would be making use of, but then a typhoon in Japan delayed our flight by 3.5 hours and suddenly that noon checkout was very helpful! If I ended up on Oahu again and wanted to stay in Waikiki, I would definitely consider staying here again

Great

Room was dirty and cheap

This boutique hotel was small and beautiful. The complimentary rentals such as beach chairs and towels were a huge plus. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hawai’i. Close to all shopping and restaurants in the heart of Waikiki beach. Worth every penny spent.

You can park at the Honolulu zoo for only 1.50 an hour, which is near the hotel.

Excellent staff; friendly and helpful, clean comfortable rooms (-a little worn), ice cold air, nice cafe serving matcha and musubi, amenities including beach towels and chairs, nearby fitness, etc. No pool, but only about a block to beach.

While they looked like the photos, they were tired, worn and not well maintained. Floor was carpet tile, which were peeling up, window shutters didn't close all the way, very minimal plugs and storage space, plus very uncomfortable beds and the rooms were very small. Glad we only had a few hours here. If you have a car and want to park nearby, good luck

A little dated but close to the beach and helpful staff

Hotel Renew is a boutique hotel that sits close to Waikiki and offers a comfortable stay at decent prices. We didn’t have a car so saved money on parking. The staff was welcoming and gave either complementary drinks or guava cookies. You can grab beach towels for the beach, and there is also a matcha cafe in the lobby. The shower was hot, and it served as a useful place to rest after coming from the airport and then walk to places along the beach. If traveling for work and need a place to stay for one night, would recommend this place.
