Amazing service!

This was a perfectly adequate place to rest after a long day of adventure. Will always be one of my favorite boutique hotels.

1. House keeping coming 8-9am is very early. 2. We stayed 9 days and did not receive fresh linens for the bed. I would have liked to have bed sheets changed at some point.

Our view of Waikiki Beach was unobstructed from 808. So close but not bothered by street noise. The staff was so helpful for our parking, valet, and always smiling helpful trustworthy. Mahalo nui loa for your staff’s Aloha spirit!

Our stay at Hotel Renew was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect—just steps away from Waikiki Beach, restaurants, and shopping, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations or anything we needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxing atmosphere that made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel with excellent service, a fantastic location, and a peaceful place to unwind after exploring Oahu, I highly recommend Hotel Renew. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Room is clean but bathroom tiles need some deep cleaning. The hotel fee included rent to towels, toys, mat, chairs, umbrellas. The hotel is 2 minute walk to the beach. The nearby beach has a lifeguard on duty. This hotel gave us really good experience, much better than what we had on hilton village which we paid more. Will definitely recommend.

staff was super friendly and there’s a cute cafe right in the lobby! location was great too! we didn’t really use the amenities besides the beach towels but they do have lots to offer!

AC did have some trouble cooling, would put it for a certain temperature but sometimes it wouldn’t cool to that temp. But overall a great hotel to stay at. Amazing for single travelers.

Me and my finance loved this hotel for the price we had payed! The location was perfect and very close to the beach! Staff very polite and welcoming. Nice they offer beach towels and chairs that’s a big plus! We had an ocean view room and it was pretty! No complaints.

The staff was welcoming but did not explain the amenities. The bathroom faucet fell as we turned the water on. No view. But very close to the beach. Less then half a block away.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. A very short walk to the beach. Tons of stores and restaurants around. It looked like Bus access would have been pretty convenient, as well, but we ended up using Uber/Lyft for our travels. The check out time is nice and late, as well-- something I didn't think we would be making use of, but then a typhoon in Japan delayed our flight by 3.5 hours and suddenly that noon checkout was very helpful! If I ended up on Oahu again and wanted to stay in Waikiki, I would definitely consider staying here again

Room was dirty and cheap

This boutique hotel was small and beautiful. The complimentary rentals such as beach chairs and towels were a huge plus. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hawai’i. Close to all shopping and restaurants in the heart of Waikiki beach. Worth every penny spent.

Everything was good besides the parking
