Park Shore Waikiki

The room was clean. It’s a great location if you want to stay in Waikīkī but be away from the loud and busy area. The beach is right in front of the hotel.

Our room was kept spotless throughout our stay, and anything we needed was promptly brought to us upon request. There’s really no need to spend extra on the larger, well-known hotels—Park Shore was perfect for us. The bus, which we used often to get around as a cheaper fun option, was conveniently located right outside the front door. I would absolutely stay here again if I return to the island and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located place to stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Clean room, very helpful staff!! Only issue was that we stayed on the pool floor to have a private lani, and some other guests would come along and take our chairs from our lani. This is by no means the fault of the hotel, but it was annoying. We were right across from the beach and had access to free items at Beach Candy to get chairs and an umbrella or other beach toys. Would definitely stay here again!! Beautiful view of Diamond Head.

Had a room with an amazing view of the beach and Diamond Head from the balcony. Service was friendly. Location was within decent walking distance of most of Waikiki. Only complaint was the lack of seating around the pool, as most of it is reserved for rooms around the pool area. Would definitely book again.

Older hotel, but in good shape. Beach/Ocean/Mountain View great! Air conditioning was loud.

The location is amazing! Specially for families! You have the beach accross the street and the zoo too! It's so nice having an ABC store that connects to the hotel as well as a restaurant. Also very nice they provide Sunblock, Aloe and rentals! The rooms are clean and staff very nice. An update to rooms would be nice, but overall a GREAT stay! Recommend 100!!!!

This is our 2nd time staying here at this property, love how it has sunscreen available during our stay and right across the beach. Will be coming back!

Fantastic location, views and staff. Very tired old rooms, decor and facilities. Very very noisy aircon and can hear every other room taking a shower or flushing toilet. Barely warm water.

The room had water leaking from the A/C vent over the tile so slipping was almost everyday when I walked into the room. Carpet ripped up along the door to the balcony so yet another tripping hazard. Will not be staying there ever again.

Great location and staff!

Best experience ever! Great location right across from the beach and next door to food shopping and night life. Matthew McGuigan greeted us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Even the non view rooms had a peak at the ocean. Will absolutely stay again. Highly recommend this hotel.

I can’t say enough about this hotel. The staff is beyond kind, helpful, and efficient. My husband and I loved our room and the great view of Diamond Head and the beach can’t be beat! We will definitely be back! Thank you Park Shore for helping to make our 30th anniversary so memorable!!

A/C was super noisy, lots of bugs due to the door not having a guard on the bottom and you could see light coming through the sides of the door. Extra lock did not lock. Ended up putting a towel down but some bugs did get in that way. You can hear all the street noise. Need earplugs. Lazy housekeeping. Room was never cleaned during a 5 night stay even though they say cleaning is every other day. Overall not that clean to begin with. Refrigerator was leaking on the inside. On a positive note, the view was amazing. Some of the staff were great too. Comfortable bedding.

First, let me say that I absolutely love the location. The staff was truly sensational and very helpful, not overly friendly, but pleasant to deal with. Adding again that the the location was extremely convenient. The views were spectacular, resort fees: rentals for the beach were great! Pool was nice but a little colder than I’d like, a slightly heated pool would be awesome! The lobby while it is stunning, you can tell that’s where they have invested most of their money. During our stay, we had three different rooms to accommodate our party size. All three floors and rooms were extremely rundown. It doesn’t seem that a lot of money has been put back into that part of the hotel. Taking showers was sometimes frustrating as the only time hot water was truly available was in the midnight hours. Overall we did have a very good stay. I personally would not stay at this location again as previous location were far more superior. I will add, that the bed and pillows were very comfortable.
