Cons: Waikiki is overpriced for everything, nothing is affordable anymore. Hotel is overpriced and outdated but as noted EVERYTHING IS CRAZY EXPENSIVE in Honolulu, but clean and across the street from the beach, nice welcoming staff, decent pool, but no hot tub. Overall positive experience with two kids.

The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful. We had a terrific stay- the valet and front desk are professional and attentive. The breakfast vouchers for local food options offered flexibility as to when and where to eat. Hotel pool deck is family friendly and still peaceful. Across the street from Waikiki Beach and the zoo. We would stay here again given the opportunity.

We had a great stay in Oahu! 🌺 The hotel was in a perfect location, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. Everything was convenient and easy to get to. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it! 🌴✨

Fantastic , Quiet location at the end of the strip next to the Zoo , small amount of traffic noise from the intersection out front but it is what it is right ? . Arrived early , around 11am and the front desk offered me 3 choices of upgrades from a partial view , I chose an ocean view for a bit extra and no early check in fee , came with a gorgeous view of Waikiki Beach as well as Diamond Head Crater. A short walk from the hotel to center strip but not bad at all. There are also three great restaurants super close to the hotel. Tiki's , LuLu's and Deck. The Zoo is directly across the street which is cool as well. The Hotel has a deal with the shop in front for beach chairs , boards etc as well as complimentary beach towels at the front desk. Very happy with my choice of Park Shore , it's on the beach without the crowds of center strip. Pool is nice & quiet as well as crowd free , plenty of lounge chairs for a pool day , good luck getting that at Outrigger or Moana. ABC store on site for Drinks , Soda , Snacks and anything else you may want or need.

Clean, convenient, staff is so kind.

Definitely would stay here again. My only wish was that there was some carpet in the rooms. The tiles seem to always have sand and getting in bed with sandy feet was not it. There was no broom to sweep. Our kids loved that you get free rentals with the surf shop next door. That was a bonus. The distance to the beach was amazing. Jumping off the wall into the ocean was a plus for our kids. Everything was walking distance for sure. And we loved that the location of the hotel was away from all the noise, yet close enough if you wanted some action!

We loved having the pool. Our room was poolside which was fantastic! Things were clean and staff were helpful. We tried to rent things from Beach Candy but they were out of the items we wanted each time we went. I do wish there had been a complimentary breakfast, meals really added to the cost of the trip. However, location of the hotel was ideal! Overall a great stay!

Great location! The beach and the ‘strip’ are right there. The beach yoga and included boogie boards, umbrella and beach chairs were a plus.

no my room just faced other rooms, , and they put me in a room that was connected to strangers who were always complaining..I was not happy.

Never and I mean never in all my years of traveling the world, have I had to ensure such a terrible place. Do not believe the positive reviews; they must have received some compensation or comps for their stay to leave a positive review. It was horrible!

Clean rooms nice staff very convenient location

I stayed here for 7 days. There was a constant rotten egg smell coming from the shower drain, and it spread into the bedroom. The curtains were also very dirty. I would not stay at this hotel again.
