The Twin Fin Hotel

The room, the staff, everything was perfect during our stay! We especially appreciated the amenities (3-piece chairs and umbrella, beach towels, etc.) Also great for walking around and close to shops, stores, and restaurants! You might think about adding a separate station for beach towel scan/pick up. The front desk is often busy with customer check-ins, making it a bit awkward for guests picking up their beach towels. Just a suggestion. :)

The location is amazing. The balcony view was everything, overlooking Diamond Head. Restaurants and stores all around. The staff are attentive and friendly! They have filtered water available on the first and third floor so bring your reusable water bottle. There were some down sides... the bathroom needs a deep clean. The shower head was too low for tall people and had hard water built up. The hallways and elevators don’t have AC so be ready. The elevators can be very slow during peak hours. There was a wide gap between the room door and the carpet which let hot air in. We covered it with a towel to help the room stay cool. Overall a good stay!

Located on the beach and close to tons of shopping and restaurants. Easy pickup point for tours and trollys.

Location: walk to Waikiki hub of hotels and restaurants but far enough out to be away from the crowds. Opposite the sweet spot of the beach. Two good restaurants within the hotel. The aging balcony sliding doors rattled and moaned all night in the windy weather. The building was quite shabby, pool quite small.

Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Beach views from our room, pool, restaurant AMAZING! Breakfast was so good. I had a Hot dog from the restaurant for lunch that was the best. My room was clean. The pool was excellent. You can get towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and other stuff to rent for the day free at this hotel. This hotel is next to the zoo and about 10 minutes from Diamond Head. 2 minute walk to the beach.

The location was great, very close to the beach. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. We also really appreciated that they extended our checkout until 12 PM at no extra charge. The building is a little older and could use some updates and renovations. However, everything was clean and well maintained, and overall we were quite satisfied with our stay.

Un hotel tres bien placé, avec tous les services directement devant l'établissement (taxi, trolley, bus) point central pour bénéficier au maximum des équipements d eWaikiki.

Room was very dated… it was painted over things that should have been fixed. Room was small.. bathroom was so small if someone was standing at the sink the door would hit them if opened.. sliding glass door to lanai almost took an act of god to open and close … lots of construction on the hotel right next door so sitting on the lanai was not pleasant… I really wished the front desk would have mentioned that at check in .. this hotel is going downhill… the fact they are across from the beach is what sells the rooms… it’s not that nice of a hotel…

Hotel was very old and moldy, no soundproof so heard everything coming from other rooms, rooms smelled musty and like pet urine. I also got bitten by something which could have been bed bugs. Staff was not very helpful.

We liked it very much, the rooms were clean every day, fresh towels, clean beach, good breakfast, pleasant staff.

Stay at your own risk FILTHY, unkempt, very loud, dilapidated bathrooms, and the slowest elevators, I’ve ever experienced in my life to the point where we had to ride the service elevator with the staff, because they kept breaking down. The staff were delightful and amazingly welcoming and helpful though. They were just dealt a bad hotel to work around.
