Great location for a family getaway. Daily breakfast included is really helpful with a family of four. Close proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. We love the staff there and just went there for a second year in a row. Highly recommend this place!

We paid for a balcony with a view and couldn't use it. Construction was ongoing and loud.

Our rooms were late and was not ready at the promised 3pm check in time. Staff kept promising 15 minutes, then another 10 minutes, then 5 minutes...etc. Lobby was not clean and the waiting chairs were dirty and worn out. Rooms were clean, but old and carpets are on its last legs. AC inside the room sounds like a lawn mower gasping for air when it winds down. When in operation, it was loud and hard to sleep.

Great location, the breakfast was excellent, 2 blocks from the beach, staff were helpful. The only issue was that the balcony in our room was being renovated.

Everything is great, the only suggestion that I have is please consider ventilating the laundry room or expanding it, it feels really cramp, hot and stuffy when there are more than 2 people inside.

Great staff, they have beach chairs towels , amazing breakfast buffet, water in the lobby for us to fill the water bottles they give us . Amazing service only down fall elevator is small during check out time or breakfast I recommend leaving with time to stop at every floor lol

Great stay! Breakfast was different daily. Staff was super kind. You get 2 chairs and 2 beach toys a day per room, and $5 credit at their lobby. Walking distance to Waikiki beach.

Loved it all but will only give a 4 star because the elevators take too long. The rest was excellent. Breakfast, valet, room service, the lobby area was clean, very nice and helpful staff.

Great value for the money. Great view. Very friendly stand accommodating staff. Was thinking to end the review in thank you. But believe this word is better. Mahalo ❤️ ✌️

Cons- Swimming pool was extremely small and in the middle of the breakfast area. Their elevator was extremely slow, you had to wait up to 5 minutes to use the elevator. The lobby furniture was honestly gross. Overall our stay was good.

Amazing hotel great location

Everything was perfect. Great staff, very clean, room service is good, staff is very friendly. Buffet was great. They even had discounted offers for food & bar. It was close to the beach, walking distance to shopping, restaurants & beach. Couldn’t find parking at hotel but there is other parking areas right across.

The rooms were nice, clean. The elevator is impossible with super long waits. The breakfast was OK some days and one day it was horrible. Some type of fatty unknown pork portion was horrible. Overall stay was good.

The hot coffee was the only thing I look forward for. I had to flag down my housekeeper daily to change my towels or else they wouldn’t even come by. I did however, see 2 roaches during my 6 days stay. I also didn’t like the $42 additional they Charge per day. They should’ve just added it in with the room charge.
