Breakfast was provided from 6:30am - 9:30am, which was great as we would start our day super early. Staff - was super friendly and helpful. Parking - hotel does valet only and its $60/night Elevator - there was 2 (at least in our tower) this isn't enough for the amount of traffic there is. At one point we had wait 15min for it. During breakfast/check-out/check-in the wait time is even longer. During the later part of the evening, it seemed like only 1 elevator was 'on', which we thought was odd as everyone is coming back from dinner/drinks. With all this, we would still consider coming back here. :)

Every other hotel along the beach delivers actual resort vibes—this place felt completely mismanaged and run down. The issues were endless: * Dangerous Elevator Failures & Physical Injury: Out of only two elevators for the entire building, they were constantly broken. Waiting 15 to 30 minutes for an elevator was the norm every single day. Because of this non-functional system, I was forced to carry our belongings and walk my kids up and down 10 flights of stairs multiple times. As a direct result of having to haul up 10 flights, I pulled my hamstring. This severely impacted my physical well-being and ruined our trip. * Disgusting Pool Area: The pool condition is unacceptable. It is the worst pool area I have ever seen—I have seen better public pools back in urban Philadelphia. It lacked any basic resort standards or maintenance. * Terrible, Repetitive Breakfast: The "free breakfast" was a joke. Serving the exact same three low-quality options every single day is unacceptable for a hotel in Hawaii. * No Daily Housekeeping: Our room was not cleaned daily, fo

Great breakfast!

We had a great stay. Rooms are cleaned daily, breakfast is excellent, staff are friendly and helpful. We just wish that theres parking other than valet and more microwave in the lobby.

Exceptional

We originally booked a room with two queen beds, but the front desk staff recommended switching to a king room with a rollaway bed instead. Unfortunately, the rollaway bed was so uncomfortable that I ended up having to sleep on the couch. Additionally, I question whether the hotel performs regular maintenance on their appliances. The air conditioning unit was so loud we couldn't stand it and had to turn it off, leaving us to suffer through a very warm and humid night.

It was fine, nice location, 1 block from food stands/convenience store, 2 blocks from the beach & restaurants. Breakfast is meh, gets you started for the day but nothing fantastic. Staff is doing their best.

Very good
-
They added a $49.99 hotel service charge to the bill upon checkout. Should have been part of the initial charge when booking the room
-
A bit old , lift crowded , food limited parking far
-
Price is not worth it for what they are providing! After paying for hotel rooms and destination fee is ridiculous
