First time in Hawaii and did not disappoint. Very nice hotel and close to the beach and all other stores. We did upgrade to an ocean view balcony and couldn’t get enough view from this beautiful place . Definitely will be back . The one star I remove was parking . We rented a car from the hotel for $98 just because they had advertised a free parking but they didn’t let us know that it’s overnight only, we couldn’t come back anytime during the day and park at the hotel so we had to straggle to find a parking anytime we would come back to the hotel .. otherwise the rental car across the street we found for $60 ..

Horrible customer service. Will not return. Super disappointing considering I usually love the Hilton.

Unfortunately, the lack of attentiveness from the staff made a poor first impression and set the tone for the entire stay. Good service starts the moment a guest walks through the door, and I did not feel welcomed or cared for. There are plenty of other hotels where guests are treated with much better courtesy and hospitality. I would not return or recommend this hotel.

Warm and friendly, buffet was always good.

This hotel is very close to the beach, the zoo, and the main Waikiki promenade. The staff is amazing, welcoming, and consistently helpful. Be careful with the entertainment stall, as they promote time‑share presentations (I generally have very negative experiences with those). The room offers a nice ocean view, especially from the higher floors. The elevators are card‑protected, which adds a good level of safety. They allow late check‑out — my return flight was very late at night, and for a small fee they let me stay in the room until 6 PM. The self‑managed beach towel pickup and return system using your room key is very convenient. The room was clean, and the cleaning team was always present and ready to help with anything you needed.Breakfast was included in our package, and the Mac 24/7 restaurant was excellent (BTW, it is not open 27/7), with healthy food options and an always smiling, welcoming staff. We had an amazing time at this hotel.

Fantastic! The hotel’s location is wonderful and very convenient, with the beach just steps away and stunning views right from the window. The room was brand new, spotlessly clean, and properly maintained every day. The service here is top-notch — the staff is ready to help at every step to make your stay smooth and truly relaxing. The only minor issue we encountered is the breakfast in the lobby: it is quite overpriced and not very tasty. However, it’s an easy fix, as the surrounding area is packed with great shops and restaurants offering delicious, affordable food.

Buffet breakfast could be better with more options and changing menu specially for people staying for more number of nights.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I will overlook the balcony and I can see the Koi pond. It was really nice and relaxing.

Staff was great. It was clean. Rooms were very good. Gorgeous view from room. Parts of the hotel felt out of date.

Overall, our stay at the Hilton Beach Resorts and Spa was wonderful. The only thing that held back from going all the way with 5 stars was the parking fee and also a minor incident which probably was my fault. I left 1 Nike US Soccer Team windbreaker in the trunk of my rental and it was not there when I got the car the next day. The location of the hotel is perfect either for shopping or just going to the Waikiki Beach. Would stay again.

They allowed us to checked in early which is really nice.

Location wasn't ideal. Ordered coffee from room service and they serve it in paper cups, quite sad

Didn’t try the coffee (Starbucks) or food so cannot comment on that
