Hilton Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa

The view of the ocean was amazing. We enjoyed watching surfers and boaters alike. The location was excellent. An easy walk to restaurants, beach, shopping and Aquarium.

On my family trip to Waikiki we stayed at the Hilton Waikiki Resort & Spa. It was a very nice hotel that had a variety of different things to do while there such as swimming, a hot tub, minature golf, and yoga classes in the morning. The hotel also had a happy hour for adults with adult beverages to enjoy. Very centralized to the main strip to be able to walk around also close to the beach. The only thing I can say about this hotel is housekeeping was not very good at cleaning the rooms. There was alot of sand in the room from going to the beach. It was never cleaned completely. The bed sheets had visible stains on the them and they would keep them on the beds without changing the sheets even though the rest of the room was cleaned. Literally had to strip the sheets off the beds in the morning for them to do anything. Other than this it was a very nice hotel.

The view was spectacular. The rooms were clean. I felt safe on the property and the staff was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends. Highly recommend 5 stars!

After hauling the luggage to our room the key didn’t work. I came down tired and the front desk said “oh the pad probably needs a change in battery. It happens. We can’t proactively check it “. Really ? Then the TV didn’t work.

Everything was perfect. I would definitely recomend it to the next guest.

Exceptional

The hotel is very clean overall, the housekeeping and ballet parking staff are very friendly and attentive I can't say the same about the staff in customer service they helped me upgrade my reservation to a better room but there was an extra cost per night., so I ended up paying extra for the room x night., you have access to take one beach chair or 1 umbrella or a surfboard, only one of those per room, only one, if you are a family of 4, you must to rent the other 3 chairs, if you want the umbrella you also have to rent it, not fair ,, also I was charged for a towel. I don't need a towel and we didn’t lost it either., so they charge me for it.. Towels weren't available when we wanted them on the pool side, the jacuzzi is too small, so crowded every time we wanted to use it, if you’re looking for a ocean (perfect) view room, make sure you reserve in at “on the beach” hotel or at least across from the beach, not one block behind the beach… just those details I can complain about our staying..

Great place to stay. 2 min walk from the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby walking distance.
