when I got checked in I was told I would only have to pay 477 for resort fees but when I was getting checked in they tried to charge me 675 and when I went to ask the lady was very rude and unhelpful with information, the room was clean but when we got ready to go to bed the sheets had stains and the bed was uncomfortable,has soon as you lay down you sink to the center, for the price I paid felt very over charge for it and then when checking out the lady told me I own 620 for resort fees again and I stated I already paid when I got here and the lady tried to say that we had a 40 dollar bar charge and I know we didnt cause we paid for it with another card and the total was only 29.39 which was some of the worst service I have ever had it took an hour to even get our order taken and it took another 30 minutes to even get the drinks and no they were not busy there was only 4 people waiting and then on top of the the drinks were wrong, I love Hawaii but I felt that this hotel was trying to scam me

The staff were especially nice and went out of their way to accommodate! I would definitely recommend that you stay there.

Great location within a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The staff was helpful and hotel has great amenities.

We would definitely stay there again. The room was nice and we had a ocean view which was even better. The pool was excellent and heated. The location was perfect not too far of a walk at all to the beach or to the strip they cleaned and restocked our room each day.

Rooms are always cleaned daily and good breakfast menu which mostly constant as we stayed for a week except one one item.

Needs better maintenance. The sink backed up after someone in another room emptied sand down the drain. My sink was full of caked dark sand in the morning and generally the place needs repainting. For the price it was not luxury as expected and the billing department charged me an extra $300 for parking by mistake and if I didn’t wait extra long in person two days later (what if I flew out of Hawaii?) their oversight would have made the place a one-star for the price they charged. The staff were friendly though, and maybe I’d return after renovation.

The one bed suite was nice and spacious. Daily housekeeping was available (this is rare nowadays). Staff was nice. I liked that pets (except for service animals) are not allowed. We had a nice mountain view. Bed was comfortable. Furniture in the room was comfortable buy was a little worn but did not take away from the stay. Overall, everything was great.

Hilton Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa was the perfect medium. Waikiki beach was a short 5 min walk from the hotel with great eateries at every corner. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Great property! Beautiful room, great lobby, good placement. Housekeeping was perfect! We will be back!

Having an ocean view room on the upper floors enhanced our pleasure with memorable views of ocean and surfers.

Good value for location. 3 min walk to Waikik and very close to anything one needs

The only thing that I don t want is the park

Overall we had a great stay! The ocean view was amazing and the proximity to the beach/shopping was super convenient! Would definitely stay here again!

Clean room. Helpful staff

Hotel was 2 blocks from the beach. Room was on the 35th floor with a nice ocean view. Room was clean and somewhat spacious good enough for 3 people. Staff was very cordial and the bartender in the main lobby was nice . There's a pool and bar on the 10th floor which we didn't use since we had a short stay. I would definitely stay here again

Our room had the most beautiful view of the mountain. The house keeper and the lobby check in counter was very friendly and accommodating. Excellent place to stay. Highly recommended!!
