Towneplace Suites by Marriott Horsham

Exceptional

This stay was satisfactory compared to my last trip to TownePlace Suites Marriott Horsham. The staff services were satisfactory this trip, and my room was okay. I requested a room on the third floor, and the staff members gave me an accessible room for a disabled person. I didn't like that, because someone who was disabled could have used this room. These were stains on the couch, some hairs in the bathroom. This stay was okay, but my last experience was better. Hopefully, they will correct their mistakes next time.

The place is under renovation it appears. Hopefully that’s why the low scores. Staff was very nice.

Bad

Exceptional

We like the room and the cleanliness of the room and the ladies at the register desk were fantastic. Always smiling and actually talking to the customers. A very nice touch. The breakfast was excellent. Thank you.

Carpet in room was old, AC unit was leaking water, rooms are very dated, bed wasn't comfortable, not enough outlets by the bed. I will not stay here again, definitely not worth the money

I recently stayed one night at this property. Unfortunately it was not up to par. For one, there is significant construction at the main entrance and parking lot where a swimming pool was being demolished. It was quite an eyesore and construction equipment took up 90% of the main lot parking spaces. Second, while the room was clean, 3 lighting fixtures were inoperable (two over the desk, one in the kitchen). Third, and probably the worst, the mattress on the bed was not comfortable. It had a thick topper that was apparently covering a mattress that was worn out past its useful life. (Side note: The "fitness center" is a small room with two treadmills, two dumbbells, and a water cooler.) On the upside, the AC unit worked well and the overall environment was quiet, and the price was relatively low compared to other hotels in the area. It seems to me that this property is due for a renovation.

The room had a small kitchen & full sized refrigerator. Friendly staff.

Very good

Front desk nice and helpful. Bathroom could use an upgrade, but it was clean.

We’ve been staying here with my boyfriend many times. And it’s just fantastic.!

The rooms were magnificent we had a very welcoming experience with all the staff from the time we got there until the time we left. We were able to enjoy staying in and cooking our own meal while staying not only was that a lot more affordable but it was also very convenient and relaxing being able to stay in for the night with family and enjoy all the other amenities this place has. I recommend this place to all my friends and family and will continue to recommend this place to others. You will not be ashamed with your purchase.

Good location quite clean good staff

Simply put it's (definitely) the home away from home that you need and or wish for whether vacationing or just getting away.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast bar is adequate. Helthy foods.

The room was spacious! But the facility overall needs a major remodel and new appliances.

Great location, nice and clean.

One thing I did not like is they did away with the black out curtains and put up shades which did not block out the morning sun...also the flower beds were full of weeds which made the property not looked well maintained. All-over this hotel is great and the staff are always very helpful and welcoming....I can also borrow various kitchen things as I need..like a blender.

Good
