The woman that was in office was very nice! The property was very run down and not acceptable with the reviews it showed on their site! Totally run down property in a bad area!

It wasnt’t the worst place I’ve stayed . Safety chain on door in the room was broken , no working Ice machine available.

Clean and sufficient. TV remote didn’t work went to office. They gave me another one that one still didn’t work.

The beds were comfortable For a one night stay I was very comfortable and will rent there again No ice machine. The Direct TV box had a shortage in it, we had trouble watching television. Until I figured out the source of the problem and made it work.

Free parking upon arrival. No breakfast and no coffee which is unfortunate. The room was clean and spacious but other than that nothing special. I would come here again if I needed to save money elsewhere. Overall experience not bad.

No in room coffee, no hangers. Staff was nice. Room needed some TLC. Ceiling over tub was peeling pretty bad. Room appeared to be clean, no evidence of bugs. Ice machine was not working, but staff offered ice from inside office.

Seemed kinda sketchy (people loud on balcony) but turned out to be nice and quiet with no security issues. Clean rooms! Wasn't expecting the cleanliness from the looks of the outside. Not that the outsides bad, just older. Will definitely stay there again when in Hot Springs! Everything was great.

The rooms were clean and spacious. It needs some updating and they need more staff to help out the lady working the front desk! She was the only one for the entirety of our stay, I know she had to be tired.
