Sketchy people staying and outside all night. The didn't work. The TV came on but it was previously messed up by someone so all you get is sound.

Nothing it was horrible Got there and owner asked for extra $50 to check in before 2 a.m.

The staff was friendly We actually didn't stay. We pulled up to the facility, the parking lot was in dire need of fixing, the check-in "hut" was disgraceful and there were nothing but crackheads and nasty people just hanging around. We cancelled our reservation and went to a better place.

No Breakfast served The owe me money because I checked out a day early I went to the front office about my refund that was on the 7th because 11:00am it was 9:40am. I will be seeing them and Booking.com. For my refund and lost wages if they don't return my money on my credit card it's been more than 24 hours and haven't heard from them I will be going to the Houma court house and file charges and place a lean on their property until they pay me. Horrible tub as nasty toliet was nasty we had to clean our selves the ge front desk guy was super rude fighting with us for over 2 hours after we telling him room was paid for and we had proof Everything

Rooms were nice had been remodeled air cold staff was excellent. The owner and his wife are very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again ?

The customer service was horrible would not let me check in even though I made a reservation online and then would not issue me a refund had to do it through the app tried to take my money
