They feed feral cats on the steps out the back door! This is NOT ok since they allow pets. I have a vested service dog and she still doesn’t care for cats.

The location is right in Houma. Lots of space. They are working on remodeling. There was a full kitchen and a large bathroom. Pretty view! We had requested a room for four people. They were unable to accommodate our reservation, so booked us in two rooms instead. The cost ended up being a little bit more than what we had planned. But we were comfortable

The staff was very helpful. Loved that laundry facilities were available for use with no extra charge. There were undisclosed renovations going on which took up alot of the parking spaces. We had also booked a queen suite that was supposed to have a sofa bed but ended up getting the queen beds only.

The room door had a gap at bottom so I seen hallway lights on all night and the cool air kept leaking out of door.

If I'm correct, this is my 17th time staying here. It's convenient for my fishing, they always do everything right, and they always let me check in early, which usually is a requirement. Certainly no complaints because everyone has to upgrade and renovate, but we couldn't stay on the ground floor room, and for some reason, our toilet continued to run constantly and so we just switched off the water when we were not using it. But we did report it and they instantly were addressing the problem.

Room was clean. Disappointed there was no breakfast. Was told there would be coffee in lobby but they ran out of coffee beans. Could have used some spoons in the "fully equipped
