We have stayed there MULTIPLE times in the past, in fact, this was ALWAYS our hotel of choice but we may rethink our decision next time. Sorely disappointed. In fact the only good thing I can say is the check in staff was amazing as usual.

We had minor issues with our room but overall a great experience

The staff was great. Very pleasant and helpful The first room the AC didn't work. The second room the key didn't work. When we finally got the third room the pull out bed wasn't clean it was trash in it. We had to get clean linen for the bed. My daughter woke up to lil bites all over her leg which there were bed bugs. The pillows were very uncomfortable.

It was clean and easy to get to The front desk lady was very rude and couldn’t explain anything from the time we checked in she did nothing but made everything complicated. The rest of the staff get rid of her and this would be a good hotel

The property was clean. The breakfast was good. I personally didn't eat much breakfast but my children enjoyed it very much. My daughter was very fond of the Chia Seed Parfaits. The best part of the hotel was probably staff. All the staff that I encountered were extremely pleasant and helpful.
