The room was dirty and the entire floor smelled of people smoking. There was mold in the shower, the walls had been patched and it painted. The elevator was extremely hot. Would not recommend this hotel.
-
shower head barely worked and shower curtain rod curved downward causing the curtain to open on either side. Sticky substance on the nightstand and desk area. First time at a LA Quinta and I had buyer's remorse.

Room was disgusting. There was black mold everywhere. The smoke detector was hanging on by a thread. The shower curtain had what appeared to be blood stains on it and didnt stay in the shower. The vent fan in the bathroom was broken. Rust everywhere. The pull out bed also had what appeared to be blood stains on it.

Dirty room. Bathroom floors not swept, hair on bed. Tub had mildew

Property was very humid when you walked into the lobby. The carpet throughout the hotel didn’t appear clean. It was dingy and even had bleach spots in certain areas of the facility. Sheets were not cleaned. Hair present. Stained sheets. But the front desk clerk was very nice.

I staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. Monday morning they had a storm and the power went out. We had to carry our luggage down 2 flights of stairs with no lights in staircase. I called back and if they have a generator. The person at the front desk was not very friendly. He said they are not responsible for storms. He hung up abruptly.

The staff was very nice,we had to touch up the room with some extra cleaning, some personal items were not there in the room mainly soap, the bed was okay ,one side was very worned down, after the first night we could feel the effects of that, the breakfast was the same everyday, so it was okay, probably wouldn't stay there again

Staff seemed occupied with their phones more than anything else. Room had a mildewy smell attributed mostly to how humid it is there. When engaged, staff were friendly. Breakfast was adequate.

The entire building smelled musty. Bathroom sink did not drain properly. Television had sound but no picture. Asked front desk about the TV, they said just wait it out it will come on, it never did. Telephone had no cord. Asked front desk, they said that some rooms didnt have a working phone, thats just the way it is. Only 2 luggage carts for entire hotel. This was the worst stay at a La Quinta hotel I have ever had.

The customer service agent the morning of our checkout was willing to listen and even apologize for the state of our suite when checking and the mixup on bed size. She contacted the head of housekeeping to ensure the room would be properly cleaned and the furniture inspected to make sure everything was clean and/or replaced. Our suite was very spacious. The lobby had a mold/ mildew spell when we first entered the building. We booked a king suite and received a queen suite that had not been cleaned, there were dirty wash cloths hanging from the shower curtain, the bathtub was filthy and slimy (I cleaned it myself), we were given two towels total for three people, the chair in the living room looked like it had been in the room since the 80’s and not cleaned once. Our sheets had not been changed, there was long hair on the sheets when we turned the bed back for the night. We were given a 1/4 roll of toilet paper, no extra linens for the couch bed. To say the least it wasn’t a pleasant stay. After a long day at the softball fields we were all ready for showers and quite time, but had to start cleaning and changing bedding, and getting all of the necessary items ourselves before being able to do so. The fake leather on the bench at the end of the bed was dry rotted and stuck to our clothes we laid out the night before.
