Everything was fine

Overall rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Staff were friendly . Unfortunately pool was closed . This was not disclosed before arrival .

Service was great, breakfast was great and timely and plentiful. My overall experience was great! The pool was not operable, it need to be cleaned.

Good across the board. Very humid area & time of year, so the dehumidifier came in handy!

Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable, pillows a little flat.

There was a continuous problem with the TV most of the time. They came several times to correct it, only to go out again. I really didn't have to have the TV, but it's nice. Went to breakfast area, which had cozy comfortable place to hang out a bit before going to bed. I would stay again because of the bed. Most hotels bed are too hard. So if I get a good night sleep, I can handle small issues. We were 2 adults no children. I would stay there again.

Nice and clean The older black female staff is not pleasant. However, the Hispanic younger female staff is always nice. We have stayed at the hotel now four times and the black woman just isn’t very nice.
