Other than the cleanliness and the layout of the room . The place ain't all that great there was rust stains in the bathtub that looks like pooh and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling above the shower. Other than that they try and it's a pretty decent place

The first one we went to we had to change room it bugs all on the windowsill. The second room we went to the bathtub was cracking in the middle and it had a smell in there.

Air conditioning had issues even after being serviced but got moved to another room with good AC. Room could be cleaner especially under the beds. Overall, good hotel, strategically located, good parking and satisfactory for price.

The breakfast items were sugary and had nothing for people who are diabetic.

it was a good stay and i really had a nice experience

We stay here usually twice a year for appts my son has in Nola. We always have a pleasant stay. Honestly, the only issues we had this time were the AC didn't blow cold and the chair was missing from the room desk. Air was cool... not hot but any means, but definitely not the 65° that it was set on and my son just ate in the bed lol Not a deal breaker and we didn't suffer. We will always chose Microtel over others for location, affordability and comfort!

Property was clean and close to our work, but Expedia would not change the date on my reservation, last time I use Expedia!

The pool was full of bugs and insects something bit me my had is swollen my son was gonna clean the pool but pool the net was stuck under layers of dirt pool definitely needs cleaning

The base of the toilet seemed to be leaking, Mr or clerk came to look at said it would be fixed after checking out and that was fine with me as was not terribly bad .
