This property was slightly misrepresented. While I admittedly did not do enough research, the rating was an 8.8 and I trusted that score. The property was well maintained however the furniture in the rooms was in need of a deep cleaning. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful as I wanted to change rooms and they were happy to help.

The hotel was very clean and kept up. Our room was very clean. As far as the staff, they all were great and friendly but there is one that stands out and her name was Monique! She was absolutely Amazing! We had some issues with our first room and when I told her about it she did not hesitate to move us to another room! During the whole visit she was always friendly. We ended up staying an extra night and she helped us with that as well! The breakfast was also good, waffles, eggs, sausage, etc. The only 2 things that were disappointing were that on the site it said there was a pool but it had been filled in. There was still a nice area to sit out and relax but just no pool. Also in our room the jets did not work in the tub. We were told that due to COVID the company had just shut them off and left them off. We really enjoyed staying and will stay here again!

Nice hotel by MLK blvd, close to restaurants and stores, spacious room, comfortable bed, helpfull staff.

Prior to arriving for check in, received a call letting me know they were unable to accommodate us with our preferred room. She asked if we would take a different room and she made sure we had a place to stay. When arriving the receptionist was very nice and helpful. Top star for her. When I checked out I asked for a printed copy of my receipt and was told they do not do that. But when my daughter stays there for travel ball, she gets a hard copy receipt .

I stayed here with family for 2 nights and had a great experience. The check in and out process was easy and quick. This is a well-lit property located in a quiet and safe area of town. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was exactly as pictured. The room was very clean and everything was in working order. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I loved the amenities and the free parking. There was also complementary breakfast with good hot and cold options. I would definitely stay here again. I think It was a great choice at an affordable price.

The staff was great. The toilet seat was extremely loose. The chair was disguising so we had them bring us a sheet to put over it. They did offer us to change rooms, we didn’t want to gather our stuff and take a chance of the room being worse.

Quiet, comfortable, great value and near stores, restaurants and our jobsite. No pool, breakfast could have been a better quality, coffee was a bit weak, could use an update, but clean and safe with pleasant staff.
