The hotel was very clean and kept up. Our room was very clean. As far as the staff, they all were great and friendly but there is one that stands out and her name was Monique! She was absolutely Amazing! We had some issues with our first room and when I told her about it she did not hesitate to move us to another room! During the whole visit she was always friendly. We ended up staying an extra night and she helped us with that as well! The breakfast was also good, waffles, eggs, sausage, etc. The only 2 things that were disappointing were that on the site it said there was a pool but it had been filled in. There was still a nice area to sit out and relax but just no pool. Also in our room the jets did not work in the tub. We were told that due to COVID the company had just shut them off and left them off. We really enjoyed staying and will stay here again!

I stayed here with family for 2 nights and had a great experience. The check in and out process was easy and quick. This is a well-lit property located in a quiet and safe area of town. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was exactly as pictured. The room was very clean and everything was in working order. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I loved the amenities and the free parking. There was also complementary breakfast with good hot and cold options. I would definitely stay here again. I think It was a great choice at an affordable price.

Very well kept, lobby was so inviting. Room was clean. Overall we slept great. No interruptions. Shower was actually strong unlike other hotels we have been to. Chair was stained in room

Staff is great and the location is ideal. All of the amenities met expectations. Room furniture was a little sticky after moisture from shower entered the room. Just need a little attention with the shower moisture entering the room.

This is one our favorite hotels to stay in when in the Houma LA area visiting with family. The location is perfect for shopping, dining and even entertainment. The staff are so amazing here and super helpful with accommodating our needs. Although they no longer have a pool on site, they did replace it with a very comfortable patio area. It's has plenty of seating for relaxing and lounging. Perfect place to sit and have your morning breakfast or a hot beverage before you start your day.

The staff and facilities were great and left us smiling. My only distraction was a somewhat noisy elevator door but everything else was excellent.

Overall - good hotel, wonderful staff. However, if you are traveling with handicap - this is not a good hotel choice. Handicap room, had very little room to maneuver a wheel chair. The bath had no bench, and while it had bars, was in no way accessible. There were rails in bathroom, but none designed for toilet use. The room appeared to be a normal room that the elected to throw some metal bars up haphazardly and then define it as accessible. So while the other parts of the hotel are fine, and the staff was great - this is NOT AN ACCESSIBLE HOTEL.

The clerk took a very long time to get us checked in. She seemed to not know how to do a third party checkin.
