I always stay at this location when I am in the area. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant is always good also.

What I appreciated most, though, was that the pillows were labeled “soft” and “firm.” Every other hotel I’ve stayed at recently only had soft pillows, so having options was a small but much-appreciated touch.

We always want pressure from a shower but that isn’t what we got plus the tub/shower was rusting out. Koby clean rooms clean staff great.

Had issues with the toliet/bathroom. I alerted the front desk to let them know so we wouldnt be blamed, but they literally just shook head okay. This was after I had to change rooms due to rusty tub.

-- Tub had terrible looking stains -- no grab bars near the tub for older folks -- bottom of tub slippery and slightly slanted to the front -- shower head so high a 5'5" wife could not reach it to adjust (Also room layout a little funky - can not see the TV from the couch or sitting area.

Staff was amazing! Check in was smooth! I don’t understand why renovate a pool in the summer? Like we had 40 volleyball players and no pool. Other that it was great. Oh wait the elevator is scary! Makes funny sounds and just seem like that should be renovated
