This was the worst lodging experience I've ever had!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We did have a couple of problems but the staff solved it in a timely manner.

My room had mold on just about everything.ruat on lamps ceiling started leaking water around midnight and rain on my babys crib and it was soaked.told staff twice they never came see about it.room had a terrible as

Didn’t stay

Didn’t have breakfast I didn’t like that we were there for 4 nights and never received any cleaning service towel changes or toilet paper. I personally saw the house keeping staff before I left Friday morning and said we need bedding changes because the top sheet was dirty upon arrival I also told her the the other room needed cleaning because it was dirty wash rags left behind before our arrival and sodas still in the fridge. Even after we spoke nothing was done we had to clean ourselves and purchase bedding for the beds. The phones on both rooms didn’t work so we couldn’t call the front desk when I call the hotel from my personal phone the girl was very rude and said we had to come get the stuff ourselves. It was just an overall terrible experience. Majority of the hotels in the area was booked so we literally had no choice but to stay there.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! Mold in the ceilings, rooms were dirty, cockroaches coming inside of the room, once breakfast runs out, they will not fill up the breakfast bar. Beds were uncomfortable. Staff was RUDE!!!! I don’t understand how Hotel/Expedia is supporting this business!!!

The room bad mold in it. Ever since I was exposed to the mold I have had issues being short winded and not feeling well. I already suffer with chf and this issue didnt help. I.reported it to Heidi and she said she would send Jeremy in to spray it but never came to spray

Room was nice inside Not enough towels, outside of was rundown, no elevator, and other guest were loud late at night.

While checking in the patron in front of us was back to get a new room assigned because the two previously assigned to her were dirty. We got to our assigned room and upon entry, both headboard, the dresser, and office chair and wooden wall panels were covered in mold and mildew. The property was unkept, the pool was green and the lobby smell like like mildew. Would not recommend to anyone, unsafe and all conditions were reported to management.

Close to my venue Room service is every three days the trash was piling up the internet was not working

We stayed from Friday until Monday and they did not clean the room, make the beds, put new towels or toilet paper.

We got bumped to a king sweet they overbooked a regular sweet it has 2 bathrooms a full kitchen absolutely wonderful never stayed in one of these rooms before I would love to stay here permanently it's a good amount of space we love it

Staff did a great job accommodating my needs.

Besides clean and friendly it’s within walking distance to Walmart Aldi and Walgreens

The breakfast was not always on time. It was catered in. I killed a few spiders and unknown bugs in our room. It rained and the ceiling was leaking. I was not offered and accommodation or compensation. Oh we will put in a work order.
