Best Western Premier Houston Downtown/Convention Center Hotel

We had a great stay. The staff was very nice at check in and out. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Quiet

Staff was wonderful, the room was clean.

They had everything I needed towels for the pool, refreshments to buy and food to eat -

Great place

the good thing of the whole place was the bed. it's dirty and smells. the chair is a torture. it is extrmely noisy.

Great place to stay if you have a meeting at the George Bush Convention Center. It's about a 5-minute walk. The price is very competitive.

While the staff's hospitality and proximity to the Toyota Center were great, we found four cockroaches in our room (on the side table, by the coffee maker, and in the bathroom). This was unacceptable and made our stay deeply uncomfortable. Given the cost of our room, we expected basic hygiene standards and I hope we receive a form of compensation given the negative experience.

Staff really nice, and perfect location huge room and clean

There was construction all over the place. It would have been nice to know about that in advance. The valet entrance was

Room was clean, staff was helpful. It was recently remodeled, nice stay. Water pressure wasn’t the greatest

It was okay besides the construction

Great room and location! Parking is not free, but otherwise good spot. Staff were helpful.

The pool was nice and warm but the hot tub was like barely lukewarm and running. I don't know what the deal was. The Best Western Premiere should have free complimentary breakfast not something you have to pay for. But I know that's how the whole operation works. Plus we were charged $95 from August 2nd to the 4th and we don't know what it is cuz we checked out on the 3rd. Plus the fact that we had to pay $100 a night for parking in a small parking lot which is ridiculous!!

Drove in from Tuscaloosa Alabama so my son can apply for his Visa to go overseas to play basketball. Ahmed was awesome. From checking me in and giving me the pros on downtown Houston. Much love from Alabama Ahmed. Next time I come back I will definitely stay here!!! ❤️

Everything was amazing! Bed was super comfy! AC worked stupendously and the staff were super helpful That I had to leave ???

Clean rooms, nice amenities and close to everything downtown.

It says parking is included. It means the parking lot is included you still have to pay for it.

Construction going on around and parking was not free as stated.
