Very clean, comfortable hotel with good breakfast, friendly staff, bar and pool. Valet parking and easy to get to NASA. Had everything we wanted for a great stay.

That they were doing construction and kids were being loud up and down the hall and housekeeping was apparently every other day but no one changed our garbage the only thing they did was do the bed

We loved the staff helpfulness and how easy it was to navigate the hotel and access facilities! It was easy to tell where everything was and what we had available to us via the guide on our room's nightstand. Very clean and comfortable room too. Only that the hotel market was extremely expensive for what it was... but majority of travel shops are like that, I understand. We had a mini fridge in our room to bring our own items, but if you need extra drinks or meals, better to leave the hotel for that. I also disliked that the pillows were very thin and that the air conditioner had to be reset every day.

There is no closet, and they didn’t clean the room for two days in a row. Until I spoke with the manager and he kindly went to clean it at night.
