Tru by Hilton Houston Downtown Convention Center

Location. The breakfast is great. The bed was too soft and uncomfortable. The pillows were way insufficient.

Very clean, comfortable and accommodating. Staff very friendly and helpful. Not the hotel's fault, but lots of construction in the downtown Houston area made parking and traffic difficult.

The room was clean and spacious. Wonderful staff. Was nice enough to let us check in early because there’s an empty room. Breakfast was good. Wish they had a laundry.

Everything was super clean and staff was great The beds and pillows are too firm

I will definitely stay again

Great one night stay for a show at Toyota Center. Friendly staff and pretty decent breakfast. Valet parking is $58 but I expected to pay a lot for parking downtown.

The room was very clean, pool area was clean, the staff was very helpful. Prices for food and drinks are a little expensive and my daughter ended up getting food poisoning from the pizza she ordered. Other than that the stay was great!

the location was conveniently close to the toyota center. Probably the worst sleep I have ever had at a hotel. the pillows were so incredibly flat I might as well have not slept with any. the valet took 20 minutes to bring my car around, the valet guys are doing their best there just needs to be a better system. the front desk employees weren't rude but they also weren't necessarily friendly either?

Clean, quiet and convenient location for concert at Toyota Center.

It was located near everything I had on my itinerary. There was constant construction noise directly across the street at 7am daily even on Saturday. I came back to my room on Friday night to an incident where the valet driver had peeled off and driving a customer’s truck reckless.

Very good

.

No microwave Not enough towels

The room is small No microwave Not enough towels

Breakfast Coffee, noise from street, staff, noisy blinds, lack of food choices nearby

The valley price was outrageous

The property was clean and staff was friendly The valley price was outrageous

Pool is nice. Breakfast excellent room was clean and staff was exceptional. Nice room etc. Costs $$$ to park your car. Beware construction is in front of the hotel. It’s loud started at 7am.

The hotel is across the street from the arena. So it’s so convenient if going to a concert or game. Chinese restaurant across the street and staff is wonderful. Pool was clean and hotel seemed safe and room was clean. Excellent breakfast! Parking your car will cost you some $$! And warning. There is construction in front of the hotel and it’s noisy. Started at 7am! And went all day and very loud!
