Home2 Suites by Hilton Houston Downtown Convention Center

Property was excellent. Room was clean. Very convenient as we had a concert at the Toyota center which was around the block.

Everything was great!

Great breakfast and pool. Pillows were needing stuffing and too thin.

Parking

The Devore was beautiful and some of the staff was friendly The location. Something could have been said about parking and construction. All it says no parking available. Nothing about valet parking. Then valet parking sign said $58 nothing about taxes, total end up being $64. The air never worked.

Amazing location. The room was spacious, clean, and contained everything needed. The bar downstairs was convenient. Breakfast included was a plus. 10/10 would stay again!

Location Over priced

Great location

Very clean, great bed and shower. It had a kitchenette which I didnt use because I only stayed one night but was equipped with a full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Friendly staff and very clean. Highly recommend!

Valet was pretty cool but pricey. Very friendly staff though. Breakfast was good, bar/lobby was a chill hangout area for the games and ufc fights at night. Just a little noisy being downtown but still slept good.

The rooms themselves had a nice. And friendly staff! The location of it and all the construction going on around it, along with it being a lil bit in a sketchy area. At first they gave me a dirty room which was unprofessional and unpleasant for me, but then they fixed it pronto. The pillows weren’t fluffy enough for my liking, and the room ran hot even when the air was turned down. And the shower could’ve had a better pressure to it.

Very good

Very clean, breakfast was great, hospitable and friendly staff, valet parking, excellent location.

Great location. Super close to the Toyota center. Great room

Excellent experience!

The breakfast was easy to access and plentiful. The room was very clean. Staff were very helpful. And the rooms were very well stocked, quiet, clean, and the shower was hot every morning.

Breakfast was a big disappointment, with poor selection of fruit and other options.

The room was not swept and mopped. There was hair in the shower and floor

Overall the hotel is nice room was clean and bed was comfortable and very new. Able to get around top tier to walk around. My only issues werethey do not say no parking lot. Only parking is valet or park at the Toyota Center only. Wasn’t expecting that at this hotel and no we’re noted. Also I have an electric car was expecting parking as listed but no chargers close by that is walking distance. Last thing walls are thin our neighbors had a baby crying. People in hallways were heard as well.
