Candlewood Suites Houston NE - Stafford by IHG

Walked inside it smelled bad and was dirty. No refunds, turned around and left.

When I was booking my stay, it said it had breakfast available but when I reached there was none. We had to dine out in a restaurant nearby. Hotel smells like weed, furniture/bedding was broken, dirty, and not well set. The only good thing I can about this place is that the water pressure of the shower was good. Other than that horrible stay.

The staff was so lovely and patient. Everyone was helpful and kind. The rooms and facility were clean and everything was accessible. I love the remodels of the rooms.

Nice, clean and comfortable

No solution was provided. Customer service was useless. We were forced to leave while exhausted and upset. A refund does not fix the wasted time, effort, and ruined expectations. This is unacceptable and extremely poor hotel management. Terrible experience.

Wonderful stay

Now I am fighting with them again as they are now claiming they will not refund since we've already checked out. This place is terribly ran and I will never stay here again.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and I enjoyed the room and swimming pools the most. I also was pleasantly surprised that they offered free laundry accommodations for guests. The only thing I wished to change was for the noise of the highway while at the pool but it is to be expected in a city that size so it’s not really a problem.

Unsure why a hotel would have a Roku setup on a TV with no working wifi. My room was clean, no complaints there but it does look run down on the outside. The staff was friendly, and my stay wasnt bad, just could’ve been better

Rude and do not contact you if you forgotten items they just steal and keep it That they would steal and keep your items I left my TV fire stick and not one person returned it..
