The rooms were very very clean and the staff very nice one of them even helped us unload with out having to ask for help!!

Lots of prostitution and smoking within rooms were observed. Hair not mine was observed in shower (clear they do not clean between stays). Titles and stained grout lines. This has got to be the worst maintained facility I stayed in, I will not recommend anyone staying here.

Yes. I arrived on 06/20/26 around 7:00 PM and experienced issues with the room, including an unpleasant odor and a TV that did not work. I reported the issues during my stay and did not remain for the second night.

When I was booking my stay, it said it had breakfast available but when I reached there was none. We had to dine out in a restaurant nearby. Hotel smells like weed, furniture/bedding was broken, dirty, and not well set. The only good thing I can about this place is that the water pressure of the shower was good. Other than that horrible stay.

The staff was so lovely and patient. Everyone was helpful and kind. The rooms and facility were clean and everything was accessible. I love the remodels of the rooms.

Nice, clean and comfortable

No solution was provided. Customer service was useless. We were forced to leave while exhausted and upset. A refund does not fix the wasted time, effort, and ruined expectations. This is unacceptable and extremely poor hotel management. Terrible experience.

Wonderful stay

Now I am fighting with them again as they are now claiming they will not refund since we've already checked out. This place is terribly ran and I will never stay here again.

Unsure why a hotel would have a Roku setup on a TV with no working wifi. My room was clean, no complaints there but it does look run down on the outside. The staff was friendly, and my stay wasnt bad, just could’ve been better

It feels and looks like a place for misplaced families. It’s roach infested. Doesn’t look anything like the pictures.

This property is old and sits in the middle of abandoned buildings. We didn’t feel safe parking let alone staying there. We ended up leaving and staying at the Marriott.
